Halcón’s liquidity was $869.2MM as of 9/30/13 pro forma for the non-core asset sales and borrowing base redetermination. This consisted of cash on hand as well as undrawn capacity on our senior secured revolving credit facility. Below are addition sources of liquidity next year:
- Continued expected growth in our borrowing base. We have a fall and spring borrowing redetermination with our bank group and expect the borrowing base to continue to increase with increased drilling activity.
- Cash flow expected to increase with production growth going forward
- 2014 Non-Core asset divestitures
You joined yahoo yesterday, I see. Three whole posts? You must have owned Enron?
Some of your points have validity, but HK's well production in it's core plays has been good, and improving.
"I understand the risk i am taking fully, the odds are not in my favor, however as long as there is a chance, i like my chances. "
Words cannot accurately describe how sick of you I've become. You're a know it all. It has become obvious to me, that you're incapable of logical reasoning. I know how great you are, as you've told me. Over and over and over and over and over and over.
By the way, I'm not "judging" your investment. I'm in no position to judge anyone. I've made plenty of bad investments. Too many to count. Most of this stems from making too much money at a very young age, and being ill-prepared to deal with it.
Maybe at some point you'll learn it may be better to be a decent human being, than to be "right" and trying to rub people's noses in it.
You seem like the type who needs to learn the hard way. One thing is guranteed..life will teach you those lessons.
Here is what I said..."You're not always right. not even close." Reread the post. I have noticed you difficulty in reading and disseminating information.
As far as Floyd, I invested for the same reason, because he is at the helm. One thing I've learned from this is to invest in fundamentals more than who is running a company. I'm hoping long term this is a winner....

If HK can hit $15 in the next couple years. Famile told me I was
friggen nuts to invest this much in a small cap, but just decided to
go for it. My total retirement.
Yes, this comes into play. You need those two attributes, but if I am more skilled than you, (all things equal) I will win.
"The Art of War" is a good read.
Really? You've been studying a form of martial arts you can't even spell?
It's Muay Thai....in case you really want to learn to defend yourself.
Your mother was a moron for giving birth to you. I'm not gay, idgit. Why, do you want me to be?
That's what I thought...
I've been watching this stock myself. It cratered from $25 down to $8.00 after Muddy Waters attacked it. What's interesting about this situation...is their CEO has defended the company more passionately than say, the people at LINE, when they were attacked by Hedgeye.
The stock may have firmed up at $14.00...it's still really volatile and risky, but if the earnings are real it may be worth a few thousand shares.
