lets see investorwest- continuous declining revenue, international segment losing money hand over fist without the ability to reduce cost or infrastructure, leadership team running out the door as fast as they can, failed growth strategy for the last 8 years, new competitor (amazon) taking market share and actively targeting staples mid market ( and most profitable) customers, declining margins, bloated HQ infrastructure, profits down 500 bp and dropping- shall I go on?
are you kidding me? she has been pathetic in every role she has had- no leadership skills, no vision except this is the way we always do it, NO respect among her peers or underlings- terrible choice. Can anyone explain to me what her innovative new ideas are to move this company forward? this company is on the edge of collapse and I hardly see Shira leading it to the promised land.
not well managed at all. worst decision they ever made was to buy Corp. Express. took down the company and stopped all momentum cold. also, very poorly managed integration that crushed employee morale worldwide and affected customer service and core values negatively. lost a ton of customers and momentum. doesn't help that the industry is dying
