Interesting they had a $30 price target for a long time. Now $22... ridiculous. I suspect JNPR will have a positive Q vs expectations and should get a pop. If not, someone should buy them around $30, low interest rates and stronger growing business potential. I'm surprised it has not already happened.
Rahim actually stated business was improving this Q. They have done a very poor job of instilling investor confidence. Look at CSCO, they are growing and much larger.
