A quick comment on the suspension, their is little to no volume anymore so 10 days of no trading on a dead stock really is not much of a spanking and if the company is being run by one guy in a garage so be it, investors need to be protected and know what they are getting into.
Interestingly this action would benefit the share price if management responded and complied, the day traders would push this to the moon.
Excellent news. Prast has handled share holders poorly and this also reflects badly for the adult industry as a whole. I can't see management taking the company private as that would take "real" money to accomplish but I can see them filing for some sort of "extention" to file a report or two. What a waste by not reporting to attract new investor money especially after all the BS legal #$%$ they survived from BM jr.
