Good points #2. I didn't think of that. A little slow this morning.

I'm ready gand. Dilution is the only thing Tokman has shown he is good at.

Eyes on the prize? Dilution is the prize and has been for years 009. They diluted after the cc so they don't have to answer any questions from those jackass retail boobs. The don't care what he pps is, yes, they could of done it when the pps was higher, but they were asking for us to approve another ton of shares for themselves. That wouldn't play well with us so this is how they do it and put us in our place, again.

It is the business we are in, dilution. We dilute for salaries to continue. We dilute to send management kids to college. We approve incentive plans so they can have free shares. ASM over, ATM time. What's different?

RIght, but why hurry? You can just do enough to get by and let MVIS slog along and pick them up cheap down the road when the investors have had their fill of Tokman. Every dilution is lower than the last and seems to be course for MVIS. How many times has the pps dropped to the new shares before it is executed. Tokman is dirty in my mind, and Sony knows what they are doing and what they want.

Good analysis guys. Best conversation I have seen on this subject to date. They are going to kill you two because you're thinking, and that just ain't allowed. There are more of us that are right there with you, but are holding our tongues.

Absolutely geo. Just what I have been saying from the beginning. Sony bought the whole mess for $8M. We play small ball from here on out unless we get very, very lucky. There is no way we can compete with the Whales. Whales will work with whales, not guppies. There isn't anything Sony can't beat us at. They already treat Tokman and MVIS as a contractor and appear to claim the tech as their own. I can't foretell the future and I'm not trying to be argumentive, but common sense rules here. We're into this two years and can't get out of the dilution game yet. Lord knows how long it is going to take until we really understand what Tokman has done as far as Sony is concerned and how it will affect our future.

Well squirrl, I tried twice to answer your post but the board police apparently didn't like my tone when referring to Tokman so I'lll just have to pass. I will tell you that I am here today because I believe he will do anything to succeed no matter who, where, or what he has to do. He has no morals when it comes to ripping people off to succeed, and I feel lying is just the tip of the iceberg. Sure wish I could say more.

So what you are saying is to forget the last ten years of First and Goal investments and wait another four years to see if you start to get a return?

They are all hard to ignore oz. Bull2 and Hill and others that use business sense in their posts. My partner is the same way and he is right 99% of the time. It's numbers for them and it always will be, that is where the truth lies, in the numbers. The pumpers here ignore facts and just throw comments out there and take management at face value. It has cost us a lot over the years and made guys like you ancd me very skeptical to say the least. Becoming more and more easy to just gloss over anything said by that group and read posts by the gang that refuses to accept Tokman's ramblings that never seem to work out to our expectations.

You sound just like me spectre, my thinking exactly. Been here a long, long time and your calling out Mirro and Hill is correct, they have been spot on as well as others who stopped posting. There are CEO's and Salesmen that make things happen and they are few and far between. I have seen them in my lifetime in different areas, and take it from me, Tokman isn't one of them. In fact he couldn't polish their shoes. He has all he needs at his fingertips and he can't make a cup of coffee with it.

It's called Tokman in tact. Batting 1000. Leaving them with smiles on their faces and fog in their brains. Talk for hours and say nothing of substance. Still remain hopeful as always. There is a production problem some where that is holding things up. Smartphones need help as the numbers are crashing and I think somebody is going to make a move in our direction. Is it laser package, or STM, or, or, or........Tokman?

Makes sense. Partner and I both agree there is a manufacturing problem somewhere. Your take is a very reasonable deduction. Wish Tokman would be more up front with investors and clear some of these issues for us.

Ok, I'm with you on everything. The only problem I have is that Sony seems to be in first gear and not aggressive at all. I understand caution, but they are really taking their time. I know, I know, they have to get it right and all that, but with smartphone sales in the toilet, I would think we would be hearing some chatter. Still think Sony bought us for 8M and will finalize when they are ready to move on us.

That's where I'm at oz. The ASM didn't tell me anything of value and Trimbath is a savvy guy who looks past the BS. I value his opinion because is a seasoned vet here, an author, and can read people pretty well. I think he saw that the management and BOD are just marking time and satisfied to take their bonuses and free shares. When he asks a question he is looking past the verbal response for the answers, a good man to take seriously. Looks to me like the numbers show that retail has had it with this group and they should be looking at this gravy train making its last stop for them. Wouldn't be surprised if they started to invite offers before next ASM to cash in before they get the date. Want to see the SEC filing.

With Sony just isn't happening. I don't see a push for Picop anywhere. Seems like everybody is sitting back watching small ball being played with very little upside. Volume is key and it isn't coming from the current players. Notes from Tom seem to indicate that the management is content to take their bonuses and wait for Sony to decide to commit to Picop. We need a salesman and we don't have one. This tech is too good and mature enough that we should get a lot more from ASM than we saw today. Very cautious going forward and not really looking for Lenovo or anyone else to surprise me, this hoping for management to perform and execute is getting very old. No real date on the new smaller, brighter engine, just soon as usual which could mean two years. Somebody on the BOD has to step up because it looks like nobody gives a dam.
