Well well, not much jaw boning these days from mefam. Lots of sideways action on this but not much runup action. Look for some bumpyness as shorts look to cover before 12/31 maybe even some funds looking to clear this position.

might be a good time for some longs to ride this for q1/q2

Not much gum flapping from mefam since march.
    STILL TALKING ABOUT A SPLIT!!!!
Lots of room for this to show ts legs with quick
in and outs for shorts and a possibe long or two.

Mefam bring it on, I called the double short and a go cold by an analyst. This is almost too
    easy.

Not much action here, mefam must have a broken computer. Little bit of swing in stock as we run up to earnings. Likely to be strong then a downdraft for some of the double top shorters. Look for an analyst or
two to cool on this stock after earnings

Looks like the short game has begun.
Time to trum this stock and see where it is going. Remember the days when it was 22 and went to 4. I do and made alot of coin.

    Perhaps again at these levels

Well I can't always be perfect and did call a high on april 7th but it creeped up a few penies. Nice run down in one week pick up a buck. Seems ha mefam has forgotten the kings 22 double top call a while back. AND I RODE IT TO A SHOE SIZE. Nice gyration in the stock. but still a favorite shorty.

    Cheers

    Well Well,

A little drop in this stock and you get all the freaks coming out of the woodwork. Everyone taking their head out of the sand and see this stock shrivel. Good beat down of abou 4 bucks the last few days. But lets analyze the real effects. Earnings may have been positive but with the downgrade some people just sold this sucker down NO MATTER WHAT. Second, an informed investor would understand the shelf registration that these
guys put out on July 9th is now effective and I will bet some type of offering is in the works. Most companies try and abide by an unwritten rule that after getting approval from the SEC that you wait at leat 30 days before you sell stock, bonds, warrants, toilet paper etc etc.

Any one care to refute this bring it on.

This stock will go up to its normal range but with a trade history of 3MM sahre day someone is moving this around.

This is a short dream buy it in the mid $20's on a short and CHA' CHING

  • My My back to your old tricks, should I call my short now or wait. Perhaps Mefam and the tired old Wait Wait will remember who is king here. I to have made alot of money here.
from a low of 22 to high almost a hat size.

  • stockwatch69 by stockwatch69 Jan 18, 2004 10:58 AM Flag

Looks like this board got shang-hai'd
For good reason, there is nothing of note here and a fall off of a couple bucks makes the shorts, like me look the smartest. MEFAM
stil out there peddling the poop. OH Well
    habits die hard.

    Shorts Win, Shorts Win

    REITS IN KANSAS CITY

Yes most of you hamthumbs did read my post wrong, it was total return YTD. And another thing this stock has given its shareholders about an 20% of dividends as non taxable return of capital. Most likely to see a
cut in dividend with NFI to establish a consistent policy to show analysts, and investment bankers they can consistently grow divvy over time. What analysts cover this stock? will keep payout low in the mid 70% to keep up with FFO growth or the more important FAD calculation. REITS are not growth stocks, but they will occasionally act that way.

  • stockwatch69 by stockwatch69 Dec 24, 2003 6:30 PM Flag

Anybody who lives in Kansas City and owns nfi might know of another REIT called Entertainment Properties. 59% return ytd 2003!!!!!

Merry Christmas longies. As the short position grows and you get diluted more there will not be much of gift for you under the tree.

  • stockwatch69 by stockwatch69 Dec 6, 2003 3:15 PM Flag

Well well mefam thinks he wants to take a run at the king, riddle me this mefam. how much upside do you think there is on this piece of crap. You just got diluted as when the registration rights on all the stock that was sold will dilute this back to a hat size. Come on you know I'm right. Or perhaps none of the new posters remember the call I made at 22 double top short and punshed this stock to a high of 7............?????

    I am the king

  • stockwatch69 by stockwatch69 Nov 25, 2003 6:43 PM Flag

Looks like you just got diluted with the stock issuance longies and with registration rights and future sales looks like mgmt. just
put an artificial price on this company at around 17 and change.

Shorties smell blood in the water
and here they come chump longies
