it's a lump sum $20,000,000 for the assets but due the voluntary re-organization, and the shares worthless?
Isn't the voluntary re-organization BIND started me the common stock holder gets "nothing" in this buyout? Isn't it like a bankruptcy? Where the common share holder gets nothing?
Nice for anyone who bought and held after the crash...but everyone before that loses.
WPCS is next low float winner coming up this week. Take a look at WPCS!!!
LPTN won't let this surge opportunity pass...Will sell shares to get funds it needs long term.
LPTN could easily sell stock after this surge. That could easily cause a crash back down to $2.00 but it would give them tons of money for their coffers.
Today's GRANT news is huge. It will allow LPTN to remain low float and surge on every positive news!
Time to get in on LPTN...low float following recent reverse split. Big news coming.
Don't miss LPTN. Big news coming.....and low float surge about to happen.
LBIX will come back down to the $1.50 area this week. Too small of a profit and too sustain the price surge today.
I think there is a 50% surge available on MNGA
Nasdaq has the discretionary powers to decide if you stay listed or not, once they've given warning, and HMNY has gotten it's final delisting warning (that they appealed) but Nasdaq won't accept this flimsy merger stuff. Yesterday's merger news had very little substance, all hype, to take advantage of the low float screaming surge...before delisting.
Well, HMNY knew full well that on an extremely low float, the merger news would create a huge spike...but...very few details are given re this merger. If Nasdaq has any credibility left, it has to halt and then delist HMNY, to avoid the day trading, casino jackpot trading that HMNY has created. Some will lose big time if Nasdaq does not delist HMNY! Interesting to see what they do.
Classic "good news" before capital raise news pattern today.
Very good chance that Nasdaq keeps WRES listed because of the speed at which WRES plans to turn things around and a very clear BK plan.
