check out benziga for nice article today. I do think 6.08 is on the low side. I see NOK actually trading higher than ERIC in a year or two.
Technicals.. cut through 50 day lets see if we can get a cross when 50 day moves above 200 day... still a ways off though but will happen-- too much good news. There are still a lot of smart people at NOK Finland and now with Bell Labs even more.. = innovative ideas.
Ok, check out the Verge article today on this. This is really an interesting device and if properly marketed can make some $$ in the US. But, it will come down to the marketing.
I'm wondering if that technology is real --that this scale from Withings can actually measure
'pulse wave velocity'.
If so, there may be more to Nokia's play into health care technology than I expected ..and then-- when will they fix their marketing department..
Let's see how HMD looks a couple of years from now. I suspect they will get a lot of current Microsoft employees back (which worked at Nokia)... I would not also be surprised it Nokia does not use some cash to support HMD if they need it, I expect a few years from now they get back into high end phones that make use of the health detection devices etc., Would not be surprised if Nokia buys HMD and we are back to a fully integrated Nokia. HMD remember are all former Nokia employees. These ideas may have been thought out when Microsoft bought out the phones. These are all Finns!
Surprised me when I heard NOK mentioned by him as as a stock to move. And, Melissa Lee said "wow, that's a name we haven't heard in a long time,,," She's right that name has been dead for a 'long time'... hoping we will start to hear some positives soon. Tomorrow will tell.
how does it work tomorrow? Earnings only from NOK...Do NOK and ALU each give a conference call or is it all NOK now?

So when does someone have to buy by to get the 0.29 dividend ---was if May 3 (too late then) or is it June 20 the record date.
from google is see this:
The ex-dividend date is usually set for stocks two business days before the record date. If you purchase a stock on its ex-dividend date or after, you will not receive the next dividend payment. Instead, the seller gets the dividend.
