leaving labor force is kinda stupid...if you're working age and don't have a job = you are unemployed
ALU's skeletons coming out...but then everyone knew they were there....there's a reason ALU burn thru billions quarter after quarter for a decade....I don't see any future for Nokia, at this rate it will be heading back to the 2's and maybe BK once the cash burn burns up all its cash....why is Suri still there?
ALU's half billion cash burn per quarter....just became Nokia's, back to the 2's or less. Way to go Suri.
Rio Tinto bets on copper with $5.3 bln Oyu Tolgoi expansion
copper so low priced already, how will this effect this crowded market?
which raises the question whether or not it's better not to be treated for PDP in the first place, if the side effects are so serious;
psychosis apparently is caused by the other drugs used to treat PDP...so it's a drug to treat the side effects of other drugs.
my impression is the patient population is much smaller than we anticipate...treatment of psychosis induced by other medications used to treat PDP is rather limited.
2mil shares at open and it opened at 24.6....rest of day 14mil shares but stock didn't move at all...so obviously longs were selling into the short covering.
my speculation, baker brothers or other long institutions put on that huge 15mil shares short as a hedge maybe when it hit $50, to lock profits; maybe they had restricted shares they couldn't sell at the time? but very obviously someone did sell into the short covering .
disappointing that there was hardly any movement.
anyway gl guys tomorrow; I think the adcomm will be a shooin, but still wary about the fda's rather hostile tone
with typical daily volume of 2million shares traded, and 5 out of 5 analysts saying fda documentation is benign and very likely to approve, I just don't see how the shorts will be able to close out their position. The adcomm is full of psychiatrists who appreciate the unmet need and efficacy of this drug and its relative safety compared to the current off label options, I think the adcomm vote will be close to unanimous.
