    <you are a LIAR and NO gentleman!>

Here is a gentleman-like statement BM (Board Moron = yank/anal) made to a poster (up.tobat) on the wag board: "My mother would happily urinate in your mouth"

This is the kind of sleeze-ball your board has inherited. He has been exposed and marginalized over at the wag board, losing all credibility. It seems like most of the intelligent posters over here have already sniffed him out. Well done. LOL!

Ok Perry Mason, if you say so. Show me where I posted on the CVS board 5 months ago. Present your case. This should be interesting.

< So, Yank is a loser!> First intelligent observation you've made.

Who's Queeny? Your boyfriend? Over on the WAG board, Yank/Anal/BM refers to his spouse as "Mr. Wife.", not that there's anything wrong with that.

I have nothing against CVS. It's a great company and our toughest competitor. Your CEO has made some bold, potentially game changing moves. I just like exposing penniless multi-ID morons like BM (Board Moron) who pollute message boards. Did I mention that he claimed to have sold 33k WAG shares because of a missing douche rebate? LOL!

Sorry to disappoint you. There's a difference between:

    1. choosing a new ID (that everyone still identifies as you) because of technical issues

    2. Being flushed for inappropriate posting and creating a pack of loser IDs to drum up fake support.

BM claims to have bought 4000 CVS shares and went looking for friends on the board. These comments are just from one day, and most are from CVS longs!

    <Yank is a putz...>

<A busy week for an unemployed RETARD!>

<I AGREE! …. yank is the IDIOT OF THE DECADE!>

<It is easy to find all of his IDIOT IDs also, since he has starred all of them for us along with the other idiot's negative posts also! Laughable, just laughable>

<Later DUMBAZZ ANAL_YST/YANK! Keep starring your own potty-mouth posts! LOL!>

<I nominate yank for idiot of the decade>

<HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA roflmgdao….yank you crack me up….how’s that buy high, sell low investing philosophy working out for you??????>

<Yank, Why do you star your own posts? They still smell like a POS like you!>

<"$42.09." Anal_yst/Yank is confused. He posted the value of his portfolio instead of the stock price pick! Hahahahaha!>

<you are getting sleepy and stupid……>

And I thought we were rough on him. LOL!

Look at all the posters trying to help out poor dim-witted BM. He is an entitlement-minded loser who needs to be coddled and taken care of, even for a simple task like filling out a douche rebate. Be glad you are not him. LOL!

Although unnecessarily harsh, I particularly enjoyed this one:

".were those water-proof panty-liners she was buying for you? you friggin cry-baby. i assume that was a typo and you meant 33 shares. go change your underwear."

This one mirrors my own thinking:

"There is simply no way this is a legitimate post. Nobody drops 33,000 shares of stock for a problem that could have been handled easily by a higher-up.In handling rebate issues, I know that the % of times the customer has purchased the wrong item for the rebate is very high, and yes, this person's wife probably did have the wrong item OR the wrong time allotted for the purchase. Regardless, the store manager or D.M probably would have given adequate satisfaction had they been approached with this problem.Again, I question the validity of everything stated in the original post."

BM is probably hiding under a rock, red with embarrassment, after revisiting this nice summary from basher.detector.

I agree, you have "issues." How else can you explain a 57 year old man using a dozen IDs to post and star 24/7 for 2 years? Pathetic isn't it? BM, repeat after me, "I AM NOT A VICTIM!"

FACT: Walgreens is steadily increasing market share in Rx and front end categories. Customers are choosing Walgreens for convenience AND service. Sorry BM, numbers don't lie. You lose, AGAIN!

BM likes to play the victim while he spews garbage like, "Walgreens is racist, Walgreens hates women, Walgreens doesn't care about safety, and on and on." Creetins like BM deserve only abuse and derision.

    <your over-inflated salary>

Do you have a problem with market based salaries comrade?

And one last thing - It's a fact that daddy-in-law welfare increases the odds of the recipient becoming an unmotivated loser. You are a perfect example. Hey, don't shoot the messenger.

LOL! I had no idea the humiliation and embarrassment was to that extent. BM thinks I pick on him, but none of those jabs (to my knowledge) were from me. It sounds like the entire board joined in the fun.

BM is now claiming there were others with the same issue, but we all know he's the one and only douche-rebate moron. LOL!

<When I had a problem with Walgreens, yes over a $10 rebate, I was treated like a criminal and as the scum of the earth by WAG>

<no one cared one iota about ME, the customer>

Notice the "I and ME?" After I embarrassed him about the douche rebate, his story turned into:

<My wife made the complaint, not me>

LOL! Is there not a day that goes by BM is not exposed as a Lying Jackass?

Remember the wag "gift" he received? First it was from daddy-in-law, then it was from an aunt, then cousin Scooter. This idiot lies for no apparent reason. Again, no credibility. None at all.

BM admits that his 2 year, 24/7 jihad against Walgreens is due to a douche rebate. What a moron! All store managers I've worked with would have just given him a gift card and sent him on his way. BM probably threw a tantrum, made unreasonable demands, was abusive to the staff, and being a disruption to the other customers, was likely tossed out on his ass by the skinny pimply kid at register 1.

Personally, I don't waste my time with rebates, but my wife fills them out religiously. She's probably done about 50 of them from Walgreens (Pepsi, cosmetics, etc) WITHOUT A GLITCH, and she gets an additional 10% if she agrees to a gift card. I asked my store manager if he's had rebate complaints and he said in the last year, he's had only ONE! And of course, he gave the nice young woman a gift card. Problem solved!

BM, if you weren't such an JERK, maybe people would go out of their way to help you out, even if you are an IDIOT who can't fill out a rebate form. Now get lost Jackass! We're all sick of your whining, you douche rebate moron! LOL!

BM likes to advertise his embarassments. What did he get into CVS at? About $38.40 or so? Down 5% already. BM can't catch a break.

BM needs to stop trying to time the market and instead, chose high qualities companies (e.g Walgreens) that he feels confident in holding long term. You would have thought he'd learned from his 8 month DSCM in/out debacle.

I read a few of the complaints with regret about how the customers felt they were treated. Sure 3rd partie payers create headaches and endless hoops to jump through. Sure MDs' handwriting can be atrocious. But these challenges are not unique to us. Our competition faces them as well. Most complaints, at their core, have nothing to do with insurances or doctors. The complaints are the result of poor employee attitude, lack of communication, lack of follow-through, and employee indifference, leading to the customer FEELING that they've been mistreated.

It is not the message, it's the delivery. It's not what you tell someone, it's how you made them feel. It's about professionalism and empathy with the patient. Being "right" is not so important. Taking care of the customer's needs is paramount. Without them, we don't have jobs. Patients don't completely understand the system and state laws. We do. And it's our job to take care of their Rx needs.

Now the good news. These kind of complaints are pretty standard throughout the industry. Jeff Rein has made customer service a top priority and the results show. Over the last couple of years, despite opening about a 1000 new stores, total complaints and per/store complaints have dropped dramatically.

    1. Correctly filling out a douche rebate can save me from 2 years of embarrassment, humiliation and ass-kicking on a message board.

    2. Propecia and Viagra are not on Wal-Marts $4 list. Damn!

    3. Describing my mom as a happy "beverage" dispenser was just plain stupid, and a little disturbing. Sorry mom.

    4. Snacking on daily sticks of butter ... not a good thing.

    5. DSCM, RAD, HD, AMR? Thank God for Xanax.

    6. Daddy-in-law welfare ruins all motivation to be self-made and retire early.

    7. Muumuus are usually worn by women. Morbidly obese baldies, like me, look ridiculous in them.

    8. Periodic flushings can be good as they wipe out all evidence of moronic posting. Also, I can skip that month's bath.

    9. Do not respond to ignored posters. It makes me look like a jackass and a stupid liar.

    10. Don't pretend to be an economist, scuba-diver, or professional chef. It just reminds people of George Costanza, the architect.

    11. Learn how to count to 10.

    12. I should not precede my investment advice with, "I, for one, admit to losing a LOT of money."

    13. Living with BO is easier if I just spend all day in mom's basement posting crap 24/7 on a message board of which I own NO STOCK! On the other hand, it turned me into an obsessive no-life loser!

    14. Spermicidal jelly should not be spread on toast (actually, that was a lesson learned by mom.)

    15. I should not end all threads with, "I WAS WRONG, SO WHAT!"

<As, for me, well I'll be living the good life>

    Only while daddy-in-law lives. LOL!

Give it up BM, you have no credibility. No one is interested in your imaginary "picks." You are still scheming at 57 years old. I know the type. I told you of the dangers of daddy-in-law welfare. You are a classic example. Leeching off the parents, squandering their hard earned money, complaining to anyone and everyone, and wasting precious compounding time with poor work ethic and no financial discipline.

For the last 2 years, BM has wasted hours EVERY DAY on a message board of which he owns no stock. Where is the financial intelligence in that? Most posters here use the board to get a little info, to share a little info, and for some entertainment. BM is obsessed, posting crap 24/7 in some misguided holy war over a lost douche rebate. Think about it ... a 57 year old man, with nothing better to do than sit on his ass posting and starring day and night for 2 years. Sad, and pathetic. But then again, endless entertainment for us. LOL!
