from the May 27th release from rgrx on valuation...
we are working on securing capital to fund the Company's operations via both non-dilutive and other sources of capital. We are continuing to apply, independently and as part of a consortium, for grants from government and non-government organizations related to RGN-352,

I guess JJ did know and had contact with SABBY BEFORE THIS RELEASE!!!!
HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THIS??? no idea why share price is down and you do a .34 deal...notice historical stock prices for RGRX from May 27th... oh boy, field day for SEC here...
    May 27, 2016 0.34 0.43 0.28 0.41 247,700 0.41
we opened at .34 and had one of our largest volume days...and this is the very day that all those bids showing were pulled on seller and share price went to .28...

somebody is going to be on the hot seat... I think we were deceived

Harry are you sure about that... why did they do the CAE then... why did they pause the trial after first 150 patients? why was a statistician on hand to tabulate results in real time? why no info still on bottom line results?EYE PRESSURE? is all this for more grant money? when they wanted price to go to .75 we had news once or twice a week... now we hear nothing... very strange and with ask at .415 we closed at .445? this is a mockery of whatever system is in charge of governing trading of this stock... total manipulation and I know the cheer squad doesn't want to hear it but it is what it is...

  • some of you think the stock has reacted well to funding...I don't think it is done reacting and the severity of the damage will correlate with the time it takes for RGRX to get to a point where there is an influx of revenue... g-tree is calling for 2018... I don't think they would be that far off if they were selling off pipeline or spinning off JV... So someone please tell me what I am missing that will take stock higher near is easy to thumbs down a post even though it turns out to be 100% accurate... so how about some of you taking a crack at revenue or event to move price higher...

over 15% spread 1 1/2 hrs into day... now do you believe me ? frozen assets...
I honestly believe that if FINRA has any integrity they will act soon on this matter of Sabby funding and share price frozen to facilitate deal...

Market Cap down to $40 million

DrP... Don't be confused by my rants...I am not panicking just irate at being lied to at worst and deceived at best... we are shareholders here and as such their is much that should be disclosed to us but everything here is held tight to the vest and our investment is the not so distant future I can see a reverse split coming and our share of our initial investment will then be reduced even more...
G-tree has 19mil shares already and it is alarming to me that they would let that be so greatly diluted by this last funding.. are they involved in negotiations that would not allow them to take a greater share here? Are the dynamics of the partnership changing? we know nothing...

brew, my questions are who actually owns/controls or is behind g-treebnt? they came in about 4 months before rgrx deal as Digital Aria investor... my next questions are why didn't g-tree do financing and are they actually going it alone on their quest for tb4 patents? and the questions go on and on but no answers from management and I know this Sabby deal just wasn't put together in a day but was it known about 1 month earlier when letter of valuation was put out?

  • released stated:

"We know of no reason why the stock price has declined over recent days. Based on the current stock price of RegeneRx stock, we believe the Company is significantly undervalued

maybe a deal for .34 was already known...thus the shorting... but was is aided by deception?

I see Sammy even has a bevy of accounts to thumbs up or down the posts... I smell a rat here...I think Sammy came with Sabby...11/2/2015 first post...hmmm...
    and stop whining...
JJ has made promises and set time tables... He has said no more dilution on several occasions... I could go on and on but the gist is he has fallen far short of everything...but if that isn't evidence enough he does deal while with holding news and pertinent information...

  • thebasiles777 by thebasiles777 Jul 6, 2016 8:24 PM Flag

where did you even hear of RGRX... seems you got here around 11/2/2015(first post)... you live pretty close to Sabby... and are giving advice and telling longs here who is who on this board...most have been here 10 years and some came from other ST investments...we have a long history together...we aren't talking about betting on tonight's game... we are talking about a long term investment and in a lot of cases not getting the whole truth from management...and since Jeter left and Rivera...yea screw those Yankees and George was one of my neighbors and used to fund some of the basketball program for years...Since he is gone the Yankees just haven't been the same... every great team had a great leader and after 10 years we have the right to tell it like it is and JJ is a horrible leader and has sold us out in my opinion....
after 10 years he puts out a letter to share holders sealing our near term fate telling us we have to be patient and he already knew he had a .34 deal done unless the BOD acted behind his back...

  • thebasiles777 by thebasiles777 Jul 6, 2016 2:43 PM Flag

Bo, for some reason after all these years you don't believe me now...
so maybe Sabby used a third party to do the back to .40 ... down 14% and bid is .39 ... I'll stop posting for a while ... I said we were held at .40 for a deal and the deal is now done at .34, not good but the fallout from the deal isn't over and we have to deal with that like it or not until we can recover...did I say we were going lower, yes...have we been, yes... now we need to see what JJ uses money for and how long it last to figure out when this turns around again...but they will cover their shorts, how greedy?

  • 3 different mm's showing shares there... volume non existent... retail investors will be dictated what they can buy or sell shares for here for some time to come...looks like Sabby putting on a cap at .465... more funding JJ? AS I SAID FROZEN ASSETS...

Sent e-mail to Finra regarding Sabby deal

In watching trading, our trader here has changed tactics since shortly before deal was announced... no more coming under the last to force price down and hold it at/near .40 ... now just putting large block 55,000+ on ask side at last and closing trading window...obviously they are now, after deal, content with holding price here until they can trade their shares and then dump and hold warrants at .51 for 5+ years... really JJ? all I can do is shake my head at the deals here...

  • Anyone else on board with this ?

Bo, ty, now you are talking... It was obvious someone was pulling the rug out from under the sellers at the bid prices... So I observed layering on the bid side... 6 mm's with apparent buyers in the low .40's a seller goes to sell 10,000 shares and the bids all get pulled and the share price goes to .28 as the seller probably seeing the bids sold at market thinking he was going to get filled in .40's... the seller wasn't me but I contacted finra and a few days later they tried it again as price recovered to the mid .40's... It was May 16th and the bids showed 2500 at .465... 2500 at .4641 and 2500 at .4632... to prove a point that they would pull bids I put in a sell for 10k shares at .4641... I was filled 2500 shares at .465 immediately at 12:21:02(that is all I got) at 12:21:07 just 5 secs later someone else was filled for 1000 at .4641(even though I was first timed bid) Nite handled trade and the bids were all pulled and only came back up to .45 ...our share price has been played setting up for this deal for a long time and we should be due compensation...

this is why I posted frozen assets... I knew what was going to happen and it did...but do we just say see you in the fall or do we press JJ for some explanations? Anyone remember how nervous JJ sounded at that conference in NY a while back...maybe he had good reason to be nervous and I misread it as he was nervous having to say we had no funds left in bank...

On a better note for Sabby

Even though several hedge funds had large positions in Vertex, the stock isn’t one of the popular biotech stocks. There were only 26 hedge funds (out of the 650 that we are tracking) with bullish VRTX positions at the end of the first quarter. Hal Mintz’s Sabby Capital was the biggest hedge fund winner of the day. The fund held call options, which may subsequently converted into stock positions, worth nearly $170 million.

I would have to believe they had already been in contact since Think Equity Conference... you put all these pieces together and they fit pretty nicely...timing and % numbers are impeccable ... I just want this stock and this company trading and actions to be straight up...I live by it and brought up my kids this way but in todays business world it seems like corruption and greed is defined as business as usual... hopefully at the end of the day all goes well and this is a squeaky clean deal but now going forward I will have to see the cash burn rate for this 3rd Q, do some math and see where all the numbers are pointing...happy 4th everyone...
