It is obvious ( 3 thumbs down) that some posters don't like the truth posted. I will remain vigilant for untruthful info. and will attempt to correct the record.

  • There are individuals on the board that are stating that CVO is in danger of delisting because they have fallen below the 50 mil capital requirement. This is a totally false statement. I have included below the press release that states that they have 18 months from the date of notification to correct the NYSE non compliance issue.

On May 6, 2016, we received notice that the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") accepted our plan for continued listing. As a result, our common stock will continue to be listed on the NYSE, subject to quarterly reviews by the NYSE to monitor ourprogress against the plan. The NYSE had previously notified us that we had fallen below continued listing standards, which require a minimum averagemarket capitalization of at least $50 million over a consecutive 30 trading-day period. With the NYSE's acceptance of the plan, we nowhave 18 months from the original notification date in which to comply with the average market capitalization standard. Independent ofthe market capitalization requirement, we must also achieve a $1.00 average share price over a preceding 30 trading day period by July
19, 2016. We are also subject to compliance with other continued listing standards. We will continue to work proactively with the NYSE to maintain the listing of our common stock during the relevant compliance periods.

As I said do your research first. Here is the research for you. They have 18 months from the original date of notification. Here is the press release. I only get testy with posters that don't post the facts.

No you are wrong on the delisting commencing. There is a 30 day requirement. Please do your research before you post.

I hope so, that way I can buy more on the cheap. My $ .39 shares worked out very well. When earnings come out and they have earnings for the second quarter, I believe we will be off to the races.

So you believe that when the share price goes up 8 times the volume goes down by 8. Are you in another world? How would you know that institutions have been burned by this stock. You throw out a lot of bogus info but it won't stick.

What would be your best guess estimate of the full year earnings?

If you look at the earnings per share post split for the first quarter they are $ 1.20. Lets assume that we stay the same for the next 3 quarters, we have annual earnings per share of $4.80 for the year. The conversion will make the $ .82 share price go to $ 6.56. $ 6.56/ $ 4.80 = a P/E of 1.3. Now you show me another stock that has that low of a P/E. At some point investors will realize what a bargain the stock is and the the price should reflect that. As long as they continue to show greater earnings each quarter the stock should rebound. All I am saying and have said on the board is I believe that I can make money on the stock. What you are losing site of is they are now making money, and that all that counts with investors.

It has already turned around but you fail to realize it. It has already hit the bottom and we have a triple from there. Wait for the next earnings report, then we can have the discussion as to whether they have turned the corner. You are so blinded by your negative feelings that you can't see the beginning of a turn around. At some point you will recognize the turn but it will to late to capitalize. I also totally understand that the share count that I hold will go down but the earnings per share will go up. I never said that the earnings will go up, but the earnings per share will.

If I told you. you wouldn't believe me any way so why bother. It makes no difference how many shares you own it's the amount of money invested that makes the difference. Share count is irrelevant. Nothing has changed with the split except the price and the earnings per share.

That is the magic trick I wanted from Bob. In one stroke of the pen he increased last quarters earnings from $ .15 to $ 1.20. Three more quarters like the last and we will have annual earnings of $ 4.80. Put a 5 handle on that and we are looking at $ 24.00 share price. Thanks for the beautiful vacation and a new Mercedes,Bob.

Yes they were. I don't know how this filing fits in with debt refinance. The debt refinance was complicated enough. Perhaps someone can shed some light on the filing.

It looks like Allianz Global Investors have a 19 % position in CVO. Go to SEC site to read.

Lets see... You own 3000 shares at 23.00 and you believe that the company is finished. The obvious question is when did you decide the company is finished and why did you continue to hold the stock? If you just made that observation then why are you still holding something that has a little value for something that you believe will have no value. My guess is that you are like a lot of other people that say one thing and hope for some other outcome. Glad your not investing my money.

I can come up with a dozen or more of positive examples and you can come up with a dozen or more negative ones. That's life. My point is that we don't know how it will play out, good or bad. Everyone has an opinion, and you know what they are worth.
