I bought a Wii U and the Zombie U game to see if the Wii U was worth buying. The U pad works great with the game. One thing you do with the U pad is to use it as a scanner so you can see in the dark in places where there are no light fixtures. After you get killed, your new avatar has to find your former self who is now a Zombie and decapitate him to get the tools you acquired in your last life. The U pad adds a great new dimension to the game. I was hesitant to buy the Wii U, but Zombie U made the purchase worth it.
I bought Nintendo when the 3DS came out. I thought the 3DS was a winner. I lost money and got out. I got back in when the Wii U sold out. I'm losing money again. Is Nintendo in a death spiral? Is Nintendo going to auger in and screw itself into the ground? Is Nintendo NinDeadCo?
I was bullish on this stock. I lost a couple hundred when I sold my shares. I figure this stock is going in the toilet for a while based on what I've read since my stock purchase. I've also noticed the 3DS isn't flying off the shelves where I live. The stores always have a full stock of them. My nephew told me on Easter, he doesn't have a 3DS and probably won't get one. I sold my shares after hearing him say that. I even tried to short this stock, but my broker (E-trade) didn't have the shares. I see this stock slowly sinking to $20 or below until the new Wii replacement comes out. Maybe I'll get back in then.
I bought a 3ds and was really impressed with it. I've already spent $460 on the 3ds, 3d games and a case. I'm probably going to buy a 2nd 3Ds so both kids will have one. The 3d camera feature was something I didn't even know it had. Being able to view a 3d photograph on the 3ds just blew everyone away at work. I was so impressed, I bought 25 shares of Nintendo at $30.92. I'm glad I restrained myself and only bought 25 shares because the stock keeps dropping. I plan on buying more shares but I'm going to wait until the stock starts moving up. Does anybody think they can pick the bottom? Does anybody think the 3ds could be a must have Christmas gift for 2011?
