Oh my goodness, 2003-04 Bulls, Bears, and Other Animals, a big, open, yahoo board, best ever for sure. SOW shattererofwords, hewmanbing, vick, clack, many others. Began as a Weinstein board by Monk called A good stock to check out. It may still be there, try searching for it. Vick is with us at iv tza. I do remember you now, your id. The closed board died in 2005, infighting.
It's new now, and many old friends have been reunited. Over time the regulars here will migrate to IV and it will be just like this one, plus a few oldtimers who don't post much. Legacy yahoo mb will disappear soon and only the new one will be available. IV has much better features, plus doesn't delete posts. Links, images, etc., get to see each other's charts. The OT stuff is temporary.
It's new now, a novelty. Soon it will settle down into posting trades, much like you've been doing.
I for one am only posting much to get people acclimated.
Try the view thread feature, much faster than clicking every msg in the list.
I don't trade much anymore and I post even less, I just read a bit on mb.
All you need to do at IV is when you're reading a msg post, click view thread link on right side and you'll see them by topic just like you can do at yahoo, click topics or messages. It may read this msg is not part of this thread but all that means is it's not a direct reply to first msg in that thread, but they are all part of the same thread, you can read the entire discussion with each message fully opened, easier than yahoo, don't have to click more.
Yahoo mb will either disappear or get yahoo finance sold to new buyer, no one knows what new buyer may do to it. I love Investor village, I hate yahoo, cannot read or post at yahoo, too awful.
IV is small and very responsive.
I avoid restaurant chains and only go to locally-owned Mom n Pops - better food, value, service.
Ok, I posted some tips for using iv over on its tza board, you all can have that board to yourselves,
I can't stand to go near yahoo anymore. See you there, have fun...
Hi Tim, Dickie -- all ya hasta do is bookmark the mb page, easier than navigating thru yazoo.
PB went away officially a couple months ago, but had died when Smyth left last Nov., quit trading, still buying phsyical I'm sure.
your iv id is the same as here, only need your password. easy to join if not a member.
So nice to post links, charts.
yahoo finance is good for ports but old data, incomplete and mb are a separate tool
Yazoo is so awful, I highly recommend you (plural) start using investorvillage , it's free, can post active links, charts, images, they have a tza board no one uses, open to all, not a group.
Smyth and I posted there when it opened early 2015.
Dickie thanks for the welcome, I know we got confused there for a while, all forgotten.
I really enjoy reading once in a while, not posting, same old game of CB controlling all interest rates and all asset prices in global coordinations but with unintended plus known consequences.
CB are financing governments for free, debt monetizations galore, truly amazing and often warned against as evil. Speaking of evil, good luck with uvxy, I don't play with snakes. I named it Lucifer.
Seriously, do yourselves an enormous favor and move over to investorvillage, it's bug-free.
In settings use rich text editor so can post live inks, chart images, etc.
Any weirdos pester ya, can report them to actual humans who think. Small company.
Best solution to yazoo is for you all to start using investorvillage which has an unused TZA board, allows active links, images, pics, etc. so can post chart images or links to them. Free to join and to post. I started reading here again about a month ago, I very rarely post on any mb now, but I was active here late 2011, 2012 some. IV uses the msg list format, no threaded topics. Bug-free, posts don't get deleted, etc. Can open groups, too, open, closed, hidden, but tza board no one uses.
Huh? I've never spoken with Gene, I posted his email in which he wrote he expected non-approval from fda, that is still there at IV. Attack and blame me if it makes you feel better, but it's wiser to own up to one's mistakes as I do and have. The rest of that email indicated he expected a path to approval back then. Good luck to you, Wolfdoogy.
Klingon, the selling prices can be deduced from the financials, CG were sold to Turkey for
$6.77 and Luviva for about $14k, nearly breakeven, while CG acq. cost is around $2.80. CG are sold at various prices depending on order size. Co. made some gm Q1 because many CG were shipped. Look at inventory details in 10q and a/r.
Personal attacks don't add value here. I read today's 8k from navb and it does look quite ominous. The lender that sued navb may be able to go after alternate financing as well. Still, I think the stock will recover nicely once this smoke clears. navb can get financing to pay off the lender, and with more friendly covenants as well.
I sent people to iv cause it's a good mb with links at top and in msg bodies, to get good info. What anyone does with the info is on them. Yahoo mb really stink. I read every filing, and listened to every teleconference to get info but still lost on gthp stock.
