Just another example of a ceo and its board screwing its shareholders. Goes on every day.
I had owned Asei since 1993-it's almost like I lost a member of my family.
I just discovered that in some of my other stocks there have been NO posts since the beginning of Auguat.
It appears yahoo has changed their format and didn't tell us.
Still got AWP at that " cheap" price? Your info. is no better than mine. Take the dividend and be happy.
I have owned Aseo since 1993.
Patience is a virtue and in asei's case I have it. We will be rewarded. In the
meantime I reap asei's 6 percent dividend. Life is good.
I am holding out for a better offer. I have already gone over this with my tax man ( who happens to be my best friend for over 60 years). So I know what the situation is.
Incidentally how sorry do you think I am when Asei was 93.00 a share several years ago and I didn't sell. Probably my biggest mistake in all my years of owing stocks.
My purchase was at 4.00 a share. I bought in 1993 before terrorism. But that does not exclude the fact that this company sold short. Aren't you going to miss the hefty dividend.
Don't forget these lawyers don"t work pro bono-there is always something in it for them.
Hey, dummy, AIG was one and I know as I had their stock for twenty years before they threw Greenberg out
and the company tanked. While I still lost money but I did get some back becauseof thelawsuit
This is one. And I had another but to be honest with you it was about 15 years ago and I forgot the name of
In Asei case this lawsuit will be won by ALL law firms because this sale is so outrageous.
Why????? Board of directors and CEO sold us out. Asei is worth at least 10.00 a share more. Not only do we get screwed out of it's paltry 37.00 a share but we lose our very hefty dividend. I already signed up on this class action suit. Screw the directors put them in jail.
My stockbroker says hold on-there is some hanky lanky going on ( he holds Asei stock as well).
He said this is far from a done deal. Don't forget us stockholders still have to vote on this.
Don't forget we lose our hefty dividend since Osis does not pay one. Hopefully, the shareholders can block
this mockery of a takeover. Already three law firms are looking into this takeover and this is day one.
Definitely not enough but what do you expect from these numbs hulls on the board of Asei? Shareholders get
screwed again. And they say there is no inside trading.
There isn't any positive-it is now officially a piece of crap. I have a call in to my broker to sell my shares.
And to top it all there will probably be the usual " so called gains" at the end of the year from the mutual
funds that will do nothing but add to your tax bill. Find another fund to put your money in.
