I have always had U on iggy and just saw yer white-out post.....you never add any insight Skippy, just a pumper on yer underwater position...you are the exact flip of Jism/Pipster...hey, can U tell us about the 537 patent usage by Google/ Caffeine server farms?? What are the damages due Netlist, if any?..
Ok..nice dig there Juarez..so now it is the 537 that Goog is liable for..they indirectly won on the 912 nlst loss but they are still on the hook for 537 violations..how did Goog use the 537 IP? I thought they just reversed engineered ranking on their Caffeine MB ....!which they should still effena pay for with treble damages to nlst!
Dell has it in for Netlist thru Fred Weber and Silverlake helping engineer recent Dell LBO...right after this, Dell booted NetVault back-up voltage capacitor chipset..As for MU, they and Intel had a brutal experience with Rambus royalty lawsuits and are spotting themselves re DDR4 royalties to nlst..
After 7 yrs on this board, I am stunned by the Very Last Minute loss re above. The Google damages alone to Netlist were over 200m usd when trebled...I was actually rooting for Netlist on this one..right up there with the Diablo loss which took the cake...more BS waiting now for Samsung "qualing, testing, evaluating..."..another 7 yrs and wait till DDR5???
