You are missing the point. The fact is that you wrote "Game Over!" which implies past tense. There is no disputing that "Game Over?" is more accurate considering that they are open for business today. The words "Game Over" is bias reporting and sensationalism. Using an exclamation point is a flat out lie.
If you want any credibility, don't Kardashian the title.
