    I'm about 2 days from being a long-time microsoft supporter and user, to taking a maul to my laptop and switching to apple. I've had numerous errors with the MS updates that i've addressed by deleting files in the download folder, running numerous MS fixit programs, running a download error program, changing settings via regedit, changing settings in my admin services settings, rebooting about 50 times, rerunning updates about 100 times, spending about 10 hours researching all of these fixes on the internet and realizing the incredible frustration out there. Most importantly, there is no response from microsoft... no messages to me about what's going on and when they will fix it. Only that higher priority users have their updates and they are allegedly working well.

    If i dont hear something soon i'll be selling all of my MSFT stock and making a youtube video of me destroying the remnants of my microsoft products (and samsung) and reluctantly buying an apple product.
