Thanks for repeating 35 year old mantras. The Republican party hasn't had an original thought since 1980. The world has changed, but their ideas have not. The era of big government ended a long time ago. Republicans don't want a government at all, they prefer anarchy. They want American air quality to resemble that of Beijing. They want us spending trillions of dollars on foreign quagmires. They don't have any ideas about how to fix a healthcare system that was clearly broken and the worst in the developed world in 2008. Obamacare may not be perfect but it is an improvement over the system that is in place.
Ted Cruz is absolutely hilarious. He actually believes that repealing Obamacare and taking health insurance away for roughly 16 million people or about 5% of the US population he is going to win an election.
You are right about the consumer being the boss.
The consumer has spolem and then find chinese goods to be of comparable quality at a cheaper price. Welcome to the free market buddy.
I know reading is difficult but you have to start somewhere
I want him to win the republcan nomination so I can watch him cry like a little girl when someone questions his idealogy.
She probably to the right of Obama on a lot of issues, and Obama isn't the communist that fox news make him out to be. The thing that seperates her from her right wing counterparts is her pragmatisim. The republican presidential candidates are in an idealogical La La land where no one pays any taxes and the world is on fire. People who live in the real world understand that word is better place than it was 2008, and Hillary is the most likely to keep the ball rolling
Ted Cruz and Rand Paul's tax plans are laughably bad. Get rid of the IRS? is he joking? Rand Paul tax plan won't generate enough revenue to cover the military, or social security, or medicare or filling in pot holes on the interstate. I think it would be barely enough to cover his hypothetical presidential salary.
Just a word of advice to Ted Cruz, claiming the world is on fire when its not is a bad idea. You remember how Obama won when the world actually was on fire? "Hope and Change" won not fire and brimstone.
Hillary is the moderate candidate. The republican field has one slightly moderate candidate in Jeb, but is going to get pulled so far to the right in the primary he too will be unelectable. None of the republicans turn any states blue states into red states on the electoral college map. I would even go so far as to say who the republican nominee is, they lose worse than Romney.
Ted Cruz is the worst. He gets off on being in the spotlight. He gets the spotlight by saying the stupidest things he can think of. I think America as a whole would better off by ignoring everything he says. If we just refuse to acknowledge his existence then he will go away.
Your accusations of cover up and lies are baseless. It's ok to admit to everyone that you are better off than you were in 2008.
In absolute terms, It might be the 5th highest corporate payer, but it terms of a percentage of its income I can find any number of small businesses that happily pay the full 35% corporate income tax. Why should walmart get preferential tax treatment?
according to the last income statement tax expense was $8.1 billion, EBT was $24.65 billion. Which means Walmart has an effect tax rate of 32.8%. Not the corporate tax rate tax of 35%. So Walmart got around $540 million in tax breaks or corporate welfare if you will.
You're telling me that their low low prices are subsidsized by the gub'ment? My belief system is shattered.
Remember Stimulus Checks, hahahahahahahaha. Everyone in the US gets a check for $300 and blew it on a new flat screen TV or whatever foreign made consumer goods they wanted. It didn't stimulate any economy except China's.
The thought of him in a general election is hilarious. He would lose every state Romney lost plus Arizona, Indiana, and North Carolina.
In actuality states that have raised minimum wages have comparble if not lower unemployment rates than the states that haven't. Your idealogy isn't based in reality.
You can look at all the republican candidates, which one will turn any blue states red? The answer is none of them will turn any blue states red against Hillary. If you believe so many illegal aliens voting, why so few cases of voter fraud?
Sorry buddy, Just because she was secretary of state doesn't mean she loses her 4th amendment rights, get a warrant. Just like anybody else.
