I Googled Cytosorb on the German Yahoo and got a lot of information which showed how widespread acceptance in Europe is. Hard to imagine that approval in the USA will be a very long wait. There is close cooperation between the European Medical Agency and the FDA.

  • "The data from these two studies will help to rapidly validate assumptions in this surgical patient population "

There will be no lack of patients

The company seems to be rather confident to move forward "RAPIDLY"

I prefer to be patient and have Jordan improve even more before the big press runs the story. We know they will run it. I would call it a fact that they will run it.

    Be patient !!!!!

When keep bought his shares, the stock had already lost most of its original value, he was fully aware of it.

    So the question is:

    WHY DID HE BUY ?????

When the SP finally will climb " keep whining" will stop whining.

He is a share price oriented whiner, a flip flop and on top of it, not too smart , and beside of it, full of himself, he knows everything but understands nothing. He is the MB soap opera queen, bipolar with the highest numbers of on/off ignore for " Normals" . He is a master of timelines who cannot read a clock, but talks as if he invented the clock but never understood the tick tock.

Plug "never delivers" will be a thing of the past, "beats estimates" will be the future.

And when this happens, the shorts will lose their strongest argument.

He is just careful in his statements, even tomorrow would be this year. I also do not expect a delay unless there are mistakes in the application.

  • The share price will climb way before approval. How management will perform up to approval is a different story and anybodies guess.

I would go after partnerships and lucrative partnerships normally start with phase II.

You might have noticed that announcements about pending partnerships have stopped, this is why I believe, now they will actually happen.

After this post of yet another evasion of my question I consider it as a fact that you NEVER were pilot in command in a military plane. But I still give you credit that at least you do not want to outright lie about it. Like in my case most likely some of your military friends read this MB and might have enough of your boasting and chime in.

Just stick with your OCAT bashing.

I am a strong believer in positive thinking and the healing it can bring to our body. I think we all agree we have the best patients ever. There are always folks who warn of being too optimistic, often with a god reason, but in the case of those two young people who are determined to get their live back, there only can be one advice:

Go for it with utmost optimism and with utmost determination.

    YOU WILL SUCCEED

smitty, I just have to take the nonsense you spread about me, to know what kind of nonsense you spread about others. And if you ever get the time, please answer my question if you ever were pilot in command in a military plane. Don't worry as I told you before, I always considered my navigators and system operators as equals to get the task done, but single seaters were still my favorite planes.

If people in the US would fully realize how much in medical treatment is being subject to greed and protection of established gravy trains like pills, chemo and injections, there could be quite a revolution.
The fact that Cytosorbents have been used without any safety issues in other countries for so long and with countless stories of success and in the US it has to start safety trials is outrageous in my mind.

One of the important aspect for rapid success are the dosing studies the company has conducted in Germany. This allows the company now to use those data to optimize "Instructions for Use" in the US trials.

And they know already for which patients the filter works the best.

The experience of the European trials with hundred of patients and treatmeant of patients after approval, makes the US trials sooooooo much easier to show success.

It still will take some time until US approval but interest of potential partners and financing and SP appreciation is pretty much something which can be expected.

4 to 5 years, and consider the coming dilution and the market crash and more loser CEOs and hiding of the management team and maybe Lanza leaving and maybe a fatal flaw and more SEC investigations and possible BK and so much more possible bad news.

Maybe you want to reconsider your investment and just call it quits. You always can post as a guest, you do not have to be an investor.

I am just concerned about your mental health, you cry a lot, this is not normal. I have already recommended Vitamin B or plenty of sunshine, but it seems you are getting worse.

The NASDAQ site which shows the secondary offering of OCATA has changed the name of the CEO from Gary to Paul Wotton.

Until now there is no statement that the secondary has been cancelled which is normal procedure if it occurs.

    Go figure ?????

The quiet period refers to the waiting period between a company filing a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the time when the SEC declares the statement to be effective. This is also referred to as the "waiting period."

The 6.21 Offering price is quite nice and when we take the present price action it was oversubscribed.
