I have seen and heard enough from the Shorts. Come on, they were 1.5 mil short in revenue, yet only .1 cents off estimates in profit per share. In the universe, a pretty profitable airline, firing on all cylinders, yet they get taken down after hours. It seems as if no slack for airlines, when factors like weather can have a slight impact beyond their control. I will take these metrics on any company I own as a shareholder anytime, and encourage all of those others to take note and see how it is supposed to be done. Times like this, I enforce the thought that the market is rigged, just look around at who else is in the room..............

Kudos to Hawaiian Air for aggressively adding to dedicated freight aircraft, ideal for the islands

Thats what insiders are going to need from all those ridiculous insider sales, too much indigestion. Should try to balance that with some insider BUYS and show some love for your airline. As a shareholder, not feeling the love and wishing insiders would take action that was shareholder friendly...for a change!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Getting ready to fly. Interested to hear about value added fees, cost savings of fuel, capacity, and revenue from freight. Expect we will find a sleeping GIANT beginning to awake from its slumber

I was going to vote today but they tracked me sown at home on the 4th. I believe it should be a yes, otherwise you will see a $600,000 break up fee from what I have read. I agree it is in everyones best interest to vote Yes, BUT scolded the group that called for bothering me on a National Holiday to conduct business. Poor taste.

I have 14,000 shares underwater and have twice been contacted by phone to vote and asked for information by email which was never provided. After due diligence this morning, I found a great article in the Milwaukee Wisconsin Journal from May 20th. With a Yes, it appears a name change would take place to EnSync. Inc and partially acquired by a Chinese company named Solar Power Inc. The increase in business as a major supplier appears warranted. Possible dilution near term in share price, yes. However, it states if a NO vote, their is a $600,000 break up fee to be paid by ZBB Energy. I will have to trust management on this one that they will enhance EXISTING shareholder value by friendly, cost efficient, shareholder decisions going forward. Also, I learned today, that their is a massive solar power plant now being constructed in China by someone in the middle of the Gobi Desert.

As a private retail investor, I would encourage due diligence, take the time to read what you can and participate by voting. I will be voting yes for the above reasons, and especially don't want to see ZBB pay a break up fee.......

Perhaps company with recent downgrade will throw away their old notes. Always have to wonder about potential interest in shorting by many companies that try to drive the price down. Always a good head fake taking out weaker hands through manipulation............

Does it effect ownership of the company or your shares? Any pop expected in share price with a winning yes vote? Sounds like money is on the table, wonder about outside partial ownership

Got a call at home tonight asking me to vote my shares currently at a loss under $1.78. Anyone have the spin on what is going on here? It seems like things are in the works and have to wonder what a yes vote does to me in comparison to a no vote. With a name change, have to wonder who may want to acquire on the cheap, if my perception is right. Anyone have insight here that has read the shareholders voting offer?

Every hour they keep reiterating the Morgan Stanley post on Etrade about HA. Someone really appears to be milking it and attempting to scare investors into driving the price down. Not much said elsewhere.......Hmmm

3 times they have posted on Etrade that Morgan Stanley downgraded. These posts were about an hour apart. How do these get reposted at this frequency, same news. Who controls.........

Ad I read about China today buying U.S, Companies and investing in our technology, I can't help but think if HA was ever to be acquired, would China be a suitor. What better way to have a link to expansion to Asia and the US mainland. The others are mostly too big, but yet they would also gain in pilots, something there is an abundant shortage of in Asia as they grow air travel. It would be interesting to hear other thoughts. I can still see more acquisitions as the airline sector gains profitability and gets their house in order...................

Another director selling 500,000 shares on June 1st. Tell them all enough is enough.
This guy should turn right around and purchase many shares back, what is he needing to buy anyway?

Interesting article how company executives can be biggest threat to your stocks. It is unfortunate but very true as I look around to see who has been selling and who hasn't been buying........
