Appreciated your comments!
When comparing investments I also look at insider transactions.
It struck me that ACAS mgt. is only selling instead off buying their own stock.
And so "Not puting their money where their mouth is"...
This in contrast to another (real) BDC (yeah I know, ACAS is presently not a BDC) named PSEC.
Their management frequently purchases their own stock.
See: Yahoo finance. Type ACAS (or PSEC) and click on "Insider Transactions" on left side of screen.
Any comments why ACAS mgt is not more supportive towards their own stock? (pro's/cons)
