food for thought, the last round of investors not happy about the r/s. current round of investors converting shares to pay the interest owed. until the note are paid off and they're able to pay just the interest on the money they borrowed then maybe they can show us some real sales numbers. all manipulation. besides everyone know billy goats reputation, just take a look at what he did with Sweet Success (SWTS) stole peoples money by exchanging freely traded shares for restricted shares. When asked about it, his memory isn't so good but we still have the agreement in writing.
I've seen this kinda trading before, investors are on the sidelines. The floor traders are the only ones moving the stock around. They need to start talking about the order takers they hired. Talk about sales. Need to get a weekly update on sales. Anyone selling out there?
I'm trying to drive the stock price down by openly talking about the private placement stock. It's all public information. I'm not bringing up the other things, am I? If I brought up those hidden skeletons that's not public knowledge then I'd say you are correct in your assumption. I think volume is needed. If private placement stock starts hitting the market, what's going to hold up the pps? I think I know, lower pps then higher volume may follow. Now you know, again, what I looking for in this stock. Volume Volume Volume
Dislike the stock? Not sure what you are talking about? I'm talking about being on the same level as the private placement holders. What does that have to do with the Company. You need to separate the two. The Company is entity one and the stock is entity two. The Company has a product and private placement holders have cheap shares looking to make a return on their investment. Are you getting a mental picture, stay focused so we can move forward.
Thanks for the compliment, you think I'm trying to save everyone but really I don't care one way or the other if you invest in the stock. I'm here watching the volume. Lesson #1 Volume proceeds price. Lesson #2 see lesson #1. STOCK volume volume volume REAL ESTATE location location location now you know the formula. I'll be here all day and night, you need to try the soup.
All I can do is share my information but you'll need to call the IR or Company to verify the facts. I'm not saying the stock is going to twenty five. I'm saying to be on a fair playing ground with the private placement parties I believe twenty five is the bottom basement price. I think volume in the stock is needed to move the stock higher. If the pps should drop (.25) then you may see the volume spike. If shares start moving around it should get the attention needed to move the stock higher. Once the private placement starts hitting the market, the higher the share count the lower the pps. For all I know they'll do a reverse split so they can get up listed to a higher exchange.
I'm certain it's no secret the company is in the process of doing another private placement. Had you been to the last gathering in Port St. Lucie you'd know about the prospectus, pricing and number of shares. I sense hostility on your part, all I'm doing is sharing knowledgeable information. I don't think this is a P&D rather a start up company raising funds. When the float increase, usually private placement shareholders are looking to make a profit on their investment so they start releasing their now freely traded shares into the market. What I'm saying, if you want a fair playing ground, the pps needs to go to twenty five. Those watching the stock, like myself, are looking at twenty five for an entry or waiting for round one to come to market then wait for the dust to settle. Then in six month, rinse and repeat but this time round 2 hitting the streets.
I've seen this kind of thing going on all the time. Sales being talked about, are overseas sales, so it's hard to verify the sales. Their still in the early stages of a training manual being done for the device. Then they'll need to educate the people using the device.
Don't forget about the many cheap shares being thrown around (private placement), the new round of private placement stock and don't forget about the zero cost shares (promoters) being held only to have those shares dumped into the market some time later down the road. Private placement holders want a pay day and sure enough you know the promoters want to see a pay day, too.
In order for this game to be on level ground the pps needs to be twenty five otherwise the volume is going to stay soft. Volume is going to take the pps out of the mud but not at this pps.
Stocks an investment. Need to get your head out of the sand. Companies aren't loyal to their shareholders. Every Company is doing great not one will tell you the truth. Even here they'll tell you everything is fine yet when they release the financials everything isn't so fine.
The low volume is a concern. The number of units being sold is a concern. Falling behind on their filings is a concern. They have a lot of urgent things to do but just not that important to get them done, big concern. When urgent and important come together I think investors will start taking the company more seriously.
Wave of cheap shares hitting the market. On top of that, private placement shares will be hitting the market in about six months. To many cheap shares hanging around looking for an exit. Need to clear the air below twenty five before you'll see the volume needed in the stock.
I bought to high hopefully Chuck is going to release some news. Tried calling him @ 386-409-0200. His wife took a message but no returned phone call.
Actually someone with a brain here and a good pulse on the stock, oh my.
This should be a reg flag Form 5 stock and the exercising of those options. I can tell you are smart enough to know what's going on here. This is a one product Company and what do they say about a one product Company, it feels like a desperate Hail Mary, with no gun powder in the reserve. Just be careful when you see Form 5. There's strings attached.
One common denominator, you go around and bad mouth people. When a Company isn't able to pay their interest on their loans then product is sitting on the shelves. The difference between us is that I'm a babe and you are a shirleydude. You need to learn how to invest in real companies that have a real product to sell, you need to "ketchup" with the real world and stop dreaming about how the pennies are going to make you rich.
Vinny are you for real, you are looking for demand numbers of the product when their still working on colors for the unit . Baby steps. They need to raise MONEY and since they're unable to pay the interest on the current obligations. Better yet, they're still at the crawling stage. Coming to Port St Lucie is going to be a mistake, brokers already talking about going to the meeting but really going to eat their food. Brokers bragging about having a zero cost rate in the stock will be making a few phone calls then dump their shares into the market for whatever they can get. What the company is about to do is jump into a bed with bugs. Shame on the company for not looking into the kind of people they're about to do business with in sunny Florida crooked brokers ally. The best thing this company can do is cancel the meeting, do an about face and run like there's no tomorrow.
How's that Jay Cutler deal working out for the Company How did the Amazon consignment work out for the Company How's those sales numbers looking for the Company. You did get the memo the Company is still looking to raise money Vendor still looking for payment I can on and on but I think you've got picture
nxtime, how about a bet? Company is about to raise money and dilute the share float, again. Then they'll be exercising the warrants, diluting the float, again. Read the income statement, unable to meet their obligations to pay the interest therefore they need to raise capital. Look at sales, not even close.
Once they raise capital then they'll need to restructure the stock so institutional buyers will jump on board. That's not going to happen until they start bringing in real numbers not upside down numbers. Artificial hype plaguing the stock so they can exercise the warrants and sell the stock into the market.
Good story so brokers and promoters are pushing the float around like a red headed step child. Besides, checking around in the law enforcement community their calling it a toy, not a weapon of choice. So, go play with your toy and I'll carry the real deal. Point that red dot at me and we'll see who wins the battle and the war. When I'm done there will be only one story to be told, the one left standing. Bottom line, gimmick
