    I agree 100%. One directer must go, and per-person Board comp must be cut to a far more appropriate (for this size company) $45,000 each from $85,000 each.

    Here's a suggestion, MGCD board: Just for 2013 you each collected average compensation of around $80,000 and yet under your supervision the stock is now back to where it was 18 months ago (and for good reason, based on the recent numbers). How about using your ENTIRE (after tax) 2013 compensation to buy stock in this company, rather than just the meaningless token of $5000 or less that you've each kicked in? As it is you're all overpaid for a company with a market cap of $28 million, so if there are any holders out there with more stock than I have who are interested in making some BOD changes, you have my full support.
