We wish a Happy New Year from NQ Mobile to all of our customers, employees, partners, and shareholders! The Chinese New Year, also known as the Lunar New Year or Spring Festival, is celebrated with many different traditions in China. It is a time for feasting, fireworks, gifts, travel and spending time with family. According to tradition, The Year of the Sheep follows the tumultuous Year of the Horse, and heralds a more calm atmosphere.
From all of us at NQ Mobile, we hope the Year of the Sheep brings prosperity, wealth and longevity to you and your loved ones.
On a side note, as we reported in December, Dr. Henry Lin stepped down in his official capacity with the Company as Chairman and Co-CEO due to personal matters unrelated to the Company. We are thankful that he has been able to return to the office recently, and while not in any official capacity right now, he continues to add to the vision and strategy of the business and people. NQ Mobile will continue to innovate and lead in the mobile services revolution and Henry’s leadership and vision will continue to be paramount in this progression.
can be put to use here.
Should be....just need to regain investors' confidence....New board member is great. This guy has a lot of connections in the Far East stock market.

Ask me about it 5 years from now. Geez, kids don't have patience these days.
Electric car is the future. Why the selloff? I just don't understand.
No, you cannot repurchase all with $200M. But you can buy back some. As long as the company is profitable in the future, it can spin off its assets and buy back some more. When the stock holders believe in the company again, even a small re-purchase announcement will do wonder to the stock price. I admit that this company WAS in a big mess!!! It is trying to right itself. Redemption will be sweet and just for the long-time shareholders.
The board is all yours. Have a great week.
I am sure that NQ can use some to buy back the stock in 2015, after all the non-believers are removed. Just wait and see. Making a profit from an investment takes time...where as speculating is a real hit or miss game. That said, I was dumb not selling NQ at 21 in March after I had made almost 100% in profit. I also did not understand the tax rule. Well, one lives and learns....
and re-listed on the Shanghai stock exchange at 3-times of the current price on NYSE. Do you think so?
Also, what if the price of almond doubles next year because of higher demand after scientists and nutritionists agree that eating almonds will lower the risk of getting cardiouvascular diseases? You will have to come back here and admit to the board that NQ made a great investment.
Yes, but it expanded its platform as a company. Using a farm as an example, NQ used to grow oranges only but now it just purchased a piece of almond farm. So, now I own only 0.0006% of the NQ company vs. 0.001% previoulsy. But I am OK with this as the company has more land and can produce almonds as well as oranges. The result will be higher revenue and profit in the future.
and then buy some NQs with your lunch money. After that, pray hard that BJ and his friends will let NQ run someday. There is not much fat left in NQ compared to other super overweights in the market. Even Qihu has been cut in half in price from its 52-week high.
He will wake up soon enough. Don't you longs worry?
Twohanger alias is being shelved in lieu of other aliases. I assure you that he will be back. Nothing wrong with wondering about whereabouts of annoying bashers, BJ. What is your beef here? I know that you can control the stock price but come on, you can't control everyone here. Give it a rest, will you?
2000 shares of SUNE today. Will cover at 15 in January. High flyers are beat up to death in the current market. Shorting everything but NQ will make your REEEEEAAAAAAACCCCCCHHHHHH.
NQ will be judged by its future performance. Things are shyyyytttyyyy at NQ right now so the stock price is down, down, down. Would you rather buy a stock on sale at or near the bottom or buy the stock near 52-week high like BJ did? Buy now and sell when everyone here feels like NQ is going to be 100.
