Our phone rings incessantly with text messages coming from FB users. Usually 25-40 a day. Can't turn off text messages on my phone. Went to FB to see if I could turn off texts coming in and went to settings and then notifications and edit. It did no good when I clicked it said "To get these notifications you need to activate text messaging. Heck I don't want to get messages I want to keep from getting them. On 2 occasions I typed in the problem to face book but have heard nothing. I went to cancel my account and after typing in my password it said please type in the numbers/letters in the text box. I tried this 3 different times and there was Never a text box. Seems FB doesn't want to lose any disgruntled users. Does anyone have similar experiences or knows how to help? Thanks!!!
There is nothing more frustrating than to search a website when all you want to do is contact a company via email. Under contact it takes you to a bunch of answered questions and none of them apply. Like I said I hate your website.
I wanted to compliment our Silver City, New Mexico McDonalds! My wife loves the parfaits and so I buy usually 4 at a time which she eats 1 a day. The remodel was wonderful with 2 lines for drive up. After I pay at the window and drive up to the pickup window the order is ready. I've even ordered other things with the same results. Never have to wait. The order is always ready as I pull up to the take pickup window. I could go on facebook but then no one at corporate would probably see it. 5 years ago I would have given our McDonalds a 3-4 for service at the pickup window. Today it has to be a 10!!! Thank You McDonalds!!!
Thank You so much! With all the websites you have to come in contact with in the course of just living it can be daunting. Many times it is so time consuming to find these numbers. Again Thanks,
Bought Dragon Premium for my wife. She was a teacher of Computers in our middle school. Because of a horrific auto accident (pickup dropped a sofa off on the freeway in front of her in 2000)and 2 surgeries, one lower back and one on the neck, she hasn't been able to work. She spends 16-20 hours a day in bed and on heavy medications. She shakes so that it is very difficult to use a keyboard. She tried for over an hour to register Naturally Speaking Premium in English and each time it would jump to French instead of English. Just received an email from Nuance in French. This Was not due to her shaking. Is the rest of the program going to be so frustrating? The website doesn't offer a phone number or the ability to send an email just a bunch of options that takes one a lot of time to go through. It would be such a blessing if she were able to use the program. Can anyone help or have suggestions?
About a month ago we ordered a large pizza, 8 wings and brownies. We had never ordered from Papa Johns before but did so because of the commercials. The toppings were sparse, the crust was terrible. The wings were just OK but the brownies were very good. I complained and the guy at the Papa Johns said he would give us a 50% off on our next pizza. I said the Papa John's pizza was the worst pizza I've ever eaten frozen (wal-mart) or fresh (Pizza Hut, Domino's, Papa Johns) and I've eaten 100's of pizza in the 70 years I've been on the planet. If you gave me the pizza for free I wouldn't spend the gas money and time to pick it up. I will Never order another Papa John's Pizza. Do you give anyone their money back for lousy Pizza? That is a rhetorical question.
I write this to hopefully reach Wal-Mart upper management not just one store, where it goes no further but reach every store with auto bays.
I bought a new tire for my Pontiac Montana. A Wal-Mart Tech put the small donut tire back on the tire and installed the new tire. Two weeks after the new tire was installed the spare donut tire fell off from underneath our van as I traveled out our long 500 foot driveway. If I had been on a busy street or freeway and the tire fell from our van could have caused a major accident, possible injury or loss of life. I complained about this and the assistant manager called me at home. I was busy at the time and said I would call him back but didn't. After inspecting the the crank that lets the tire down(a spring that puts tension on the tire when it is tightened) every thing was fine. The only thing I can conclude is that they didn't make sure that the spring/ bracket that should be centered wasn't centered and tightened to make the donut tire tight and secure underneath the vehicle. Wal-Mart can you Please instruct your Techs to make sure that spring/bracket that hangs down is centered in the middle hole of the rim when the tire is lifted into place and tightened securely. Sometimes the tool that spins the crank isn't in the slot and the tire isn't lifted and secured tightly. A busy tech might think the tire is secure when it is not. Wal-Mart Please make ALL your technicians check to make sure the tire doesn't move and the spring/bracket is tightly centered otherwise the tire will fall off. There wasn't any damage to our vehicle or problem with the tire afterwards. Thanks Wal-Mart!!!
