I ordered 3 individual cars today using 2 one email address and the third on a second email address. Orders could be a scam. Don't be silly and stick with this silly scam of Turdsla
they likely have changed it to be 2 maximum per email address. I was able to order 3 with 2 different email addresses. So, they classify an email address as a customer
I think my estimate of 10% of deposits turning into orders is likely to be correct, if not high
I wonder if they will send my money back but doubt if they will. I bet they will try to keep all 3 deposits. Crooks.
here is the scoop I just finished with Turdsla site. You can believe me or doubt me. You know I despise Tesla with every breath in my body. However, I have not typed falsehoods here. I have uncovered many of them the fanbois and long lemming loons however. Hope this message gives powdy and his ilk a panic attack
I don't know what the rules were for the person who wrote the SA article (at that time which might have been changed since then. ). Today (April 30), I went to their model 3 site. I ordered one car at a time. I placed two orders with one email address. When I tried to order the third on that email address I was rejected. I went back to home page and started again. I successfully ordered a third one by using a different email address (same credit card information and address). I did not want to keep going as I assume the criminals at Tesla will try to avoid giving me any of the $3,000 back as I don't want anything to do with that junk the produce.
I don't know if any of the orders will be cancelled and money refunded without me asking for it. My credit card (someone for all 3 orders) was charged as I received warning text messages from credit card company for all 3 of them in seconds after each order was submitted on line).
Thus, you can read what you want into this. Maybe people would never order 3 (at least only the guy on SA, Yahoo and me) of the junkers and not really want them. Maybe the number has been highly inflated by pumpers wanting the stock price to go up. I guess I just pushed the stock price up as now I am one of those 500k deposits they will tout. I wonder how soon I can apply for my real money back and not get sucked into BK filing creditor status
Obviously, if one wants to order fake cars, apparently there is a limit of 2 (maybe 4) cars per email address but with people having a large number of generic addresses, the effective maximum orders per person is unlimited.
they want people to break the rule to pad the fake sales even higher to pump the stock price for an equity / debt (likely both) offering
you have no idea those orders were not processed. Turdsla might have stopped their scam by now since it was disclosed.
If he is telling the truth that the system took the deposits from him, then it is a sign the whole scam is a fraud.
none of the long lemming loons would admit they ordered more than 2 as it would confirm the whole scam is a fraud
SEC should investigate whether Turdsla is committing securities fraud by claiming there are many deposits when many of them might be repeats from same people. Someone in authority needs to make sure the claim by Wahlman is true and if they have now closed that gap, ask at the loss announcement on Wednesday when the change took place and what they are doing to cancel the fake orders from multiple to same address, credit card, name, etc.
EWON said limit of 2 cars per person for orders. Now it is believed that many of the orders (deposits) are really a scam as no one wants 20 of those lawn ornaments.
Regardless how many have been made in good faith, I still think only 10% will convert to sales if a Model 3 is ever built.
I figured all this smoke and mirrors was just smoke and mirrors. Does not surprise me a bit. I hope Wahlman can get his money back. Old EWON might try to keep it now that the word is out. I would have applied for and gotten my money back first before making the scam public. EWON cancelled one guys Model X order (since they have so many unfilled orders for that lawn ornament) because the guy had the audacity to challenge the anointed one's handling of the massive Model X roll out charade show
there is lots of cash flow (burn) but none of it is positive (nor will it likely ever be with current equity owners)
any posts by the smart shorts makes you squrm almost as much as when this stock price falls from $240 to $140+ level
