Tier 2 service at tier 1 proces. T has promised new cell towers out in the San Ramon/Dublin/Pleasanton areas for many years (at least back to 2000) and NEVER came through. This joke of a Democracy Federal government allowed this travesty of justice to go through at the total demise of consumers who will now have FEWER choices. But T got away with murder. what a joke. DirecTV customers now await the destruction of their TV picture quality among other things if it is anything like the horrific internet service we had there in Pleasanton.
People are placing hidden cams into hotels including the Sheraton, and showing the results of what is totally unacceptable cleaning practices. The maid were obviously Mexican (likely illegal) and were using cleaning tactics that could make anyone ill. Maybe they do things that way in Mexico but dammit this is the USA and customers expect much better. Shareholders should be up in arms. For example, the maids routinely take drinking glasses and put them into the sink to clean them, they use poisonous cleansers and spray the glasses in the dirty sink, and then wipe the glasses to a shine using filthy towels. Shame on the Sheraton, we now know better and find you cannot be trusted, and with the expensive room rates being charged, we customers should all file class action lawsuits. The evidence is out there. You shareholders should demand corrective action, I would also question the hotel's hiring practices. They are likely illegal! and Washington DC looks the other way. Shame.
Through the years I find it rather funny where people assume that just because oil prices fluctuate and currently on a down trend, that business profits are going to suffer. Trust me, they won't. In the long run, oil still wins unless you are dealing with commodoties.
I have flown and invested in United for many years and have done quite well. But as good as the stock has been to me by getting out at the right time in the past, I don't like what I have consistently heard from United employees. The rank and file is extremely unhappy. It shows in the work of some. I had conversations with 3 different flight attendants in the last few months who spoke confidentially as to how very unhappy many are as well that wage increases are not fair. That was quite a concern hearing some rather disturbing stories from employees. And insane policies being practiced by one friend who works in maintenance here in the Bay Area. But what really ticks me off is these newer airlines that have NO technology for passengers. I flew between Newark and San Francisco and those planes have absolutely NO video or music, nothing! And the supposed wi-fi on board? It never worked! I will fly elsewhere. Good luck longs. It might get painful.
