  • their trains carrying bakken oil are going WAY too fast right through residential communities. yes, they are making quite a bit of money doing just that, but its a MAJOR disaster waiting to happen. stock will drop 40% overnight as executive greed will be called before Congress

who do you think is running these companies anyway? the same morons who have run the rail industry for decades, that's who. they do the absolute minimum and run roughshod over surrounding communities. if they would actually make investments to decrease noise from their trains, travel at reasonable speeds, and upgrade their tracks to ensure safety, they might last for the long term. as is, this fortuitous little money gradb will have a short shelf life and the morons will be back to being morons

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

look pal, CP is on a pure money grab. Their trains are now longer, heavier and louder and they have gone way past what can be done safely. WAY PAST. Its a tragedy waiting to happen.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

when the inevitable train derailment happens. They have increased speeds of their trains traveling through residential communities to 45 mph, all in the name of a few cents per barrel. These trains look like they are half on the rails most of the time and they run full tilt within 100 yards of homes and businesses. Who has any doubt they are playing with fire??? They claim they have "upgrade the tracks" to accommodate this-- hah, that is a seriously good one there guys-- these tracks are 50 years old

Another example here of everything is ok until it isn't-- many politicians in the US will be called to the carpet for failing to see this disaster coming

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

Companiesthat are all about the MONEY and disregard the concerns of the community get their just due in time. CP falls squarely into this category

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • running roughshod over communities unfortunate enough to live near a rail line or station. Trains running through residential communities at 45 mph are shattering federal noise law limits on a daily basis and lawsuits are coming-- I can personallly guarantee it. CP doesn't care or listen and will surely be held accountable

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

once pipelines are in place more broadly. also, they will soon be facing lawsuits regarding the noise pollution from their trains-- many far exceed the 88 dbs at 45 mph regulation in federal law. This company runs roughshod over the residents unfortunate to live close to their railways or stations and will get its just due in time. If you are greedy and evil, fate has a way of paying you back

    A very corrupt company here

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

this news has nothing to do with PTIE. I believe you should be on the ZGNX board

So I don't think the new compound is synthetic pot.

I think its a promising new treatment for alzheimers. In Feb, PTIE was issued patent (8,653,068) developed by four co-inventors for a "filamin A binding anti-inflammatory and analgesic". On PTIE's website, there is a publication that goes into depth re the preclinical promise of this compound in the fight against the biggest opportunity currently available in drug development.
Any drug that works well is worth $10B+

Well, if they release this news in conjunction with a large partnership deal with a major drug company (as alluded to by Remi) I'd say the stock has quite a bit of head room. Couple that with a positive likeability study on Remoxy and we could be mid teens or more by Nov

imo will be that Pfizer sells Remoxy to Purdue. Its worth more to Purdue given the patent issues (OP may go generic) and Pfizer looks less interested in the space than they once did. This would be a HUGE win for PTIE

    place your bets!
