My friend was interested in buying back his old company. Problem is that he already lost 20% of his customers and a few very good employees. They also had to lower customer pricing and raise employees salaries to keep them. He thinks that the buyback would result in losses to his current company and therefore it is not the greatest idea to buy it back. He also fears that if he buys it back his sales reps will switch to a competitor. He lost his credibility with the Swisher sale. He said that if he only knew how crazy things were going to be he would have never sold despite the fact that they grossly overpaid him.

    Sir,
The state I reside in was also decimated. It is sad to see what they have done. JD only went out of the food service business. Craziest company I have ever seen.

The fact that EL is not purchasing them for 200M speaks volumes of EL's opinion on them.

I hear that they may sell off parts of the company. There goes the entire concept of national company. Oh well, better to cut off some limbs than die. But it probably is too late, not sure why they waited this long.

    Good riddance.

Why are the weak hands not affecting companies like Sirius or Linkedin? Why do the weak hands sell only Swisher to the point of them reaching below a dollar?
If anything according to your logic more people should buy from them because they went thru adversity and that builds a companies character. Hell, there is nothing this company has or can do wrong in your eyes.
    Love truly is blind.

I would never win with you and you know I promised them that I would never reveal their identity. But even if I did you would say that they are "fly by nights" etc. Two of them write for major publications. But believe whatever you want to.
Let me ask you this, if the stock is going to 3 than why is it going lower by the day?

Good point. I was told that Wells Fargo only lent them money because of Wayne's personal guarantee. He is no lomger doing that so there is no savior that will help them going forward. For crying out loud, why the hell would you invest in this company when there are so many other investments around. If anyone has a dream to open a chemical company then let them do so with a hell of a lot less than 10 million. And they can do so with a clean slate and not as one big mixed up mess.

I have had numerous investment firms contact me to discuss this company. Most of them told me that they spoke to Ecolab directly and they have no interest in this company.

  • I see them going lower and lower by the day. Probably at 1.20 by the end of today. Then once they release financials and we see another 10million plus loss per quarter, it will drop to under a dollar. Unless of course they do not release the financials and get delisted.

Let me get this straight, swish attacks you for not offering anything substantial and accuses you of just throwing mud at him and what do you do? Reply by not offering anything substantial and throwing mud again.
"see you at 3" sounds like a psychic reading.

It is comical what they have to say. Does anyone realize how much money this company has lost since they had this grand plan of buying anything they could at any price? Employees are delusional thinking that if I am doing my job than that means I will have a job tomorrow. Reality will hit real quick and fast. I just heard that Peter B interviewed with EL and Cintas. Best of luck Peter!

Not boilerplate notices to every company on the market. Just the delinquent ones who never file their financials on time because they do not want the public to see how bad things really are.
But worry not Swisher lovers, we are getting close to the 3rd quarter when they will be profitable. I am absolutely certain of this because the CEO said so.

I wasn't sure if you work for Swisher, but based on this last post you probably do. Not because you are advocating for them, rather it is because you are not playing with a full deck.

    Let me clarify....
The employees that were fired, I have no clue what happened to them. But the two employees that had to cover their workload left and went to competitors.

As far as your comments that "drivers are a dime a dozen" speaks volumes about your understanding of this industry. They were not "drivers" they were sales reps/maintainers who had 45 years combined knowledge on how to make customers happy by applying their technical know how.

Now now clam down. No need to get all upset over the fact that I am airing the truth. I wasn't holding my breath for you to respond the way I did; in detail.
I wonder if they will have the shareholders meeting. Where will they get the cash from? They lose over a million dollars a week.
BTW I am not an ex employee. If I was I probably would get fired for driving over 70 miles an hour. They fired 2 guys with a combined 45 years experience in this industry all because they didn't obey their own internal speed limit. They had to have other guys scramble to cover their territories and made existing employees work twice as hard in order to keep the customers. Both of these employees ended up leaving and going to competitors.
I know you call this "deadwood" but they lost 75% of those customers.
To back up my facts I will state locations...
Fired employees for driving over speed limit: One was from Scranton PA and the other was from St. Luis Missouri. The guys who covered their territory went to 2 different companies being #$%$ off that they were given 30% more workload and no increase in pay. And now 200k in monthly sales is all but gone.

Please see my comments to your post below...

Patience boy patience, there using every bit of rule they can.
    1. Why would they delay filings just because they can? I do not see any other healthy or non-healthy companies doing so.

Since you own no shares You will not be at the shareholder meeting but I will,
    2. How is this relevant?

so far "No delist, No BK
    3. You are basically saying that people should invest in a company because they are listed? This is all you have as proof that things are good at Swisher? No delist, no BK, are you insane?

    New leadership
    4. Not true, they were all around in the past.

    cash in hand
    5. How much cash is left of the 61M that they had at the beginning of this year? 40M?

have stateted 3 times in writing "will be profitable in quarter three", of 2013
    6. How?

    Were still above a dollar
    7. Is that a good thing? I thought it would be at 10 by now (check your previous posts). Now you are happy that they are over a dollar?

We have a hard working team, new blood and good management skills, I like them and that's all that matters.
    8. Who exactly do you like? Tom B would leave in a heartbeat if anyone wanted him (which they don't).

    Still long 200k at 2.52
    9. In the past year I invested in several companies such as Sirius, Linkedin and EL and they all are doing very very well. Why out of all the companies on the stock market do you think this company is the one to invest in?

It is a combination of being incompetent (which they are based on how they are handling this mess), and the fact that they inherited a mess. The mess they inherited was a game plan that was never built for the long haul. If not for the whistleblower this stock may have hit 15 dollars. Nobody checks into the details these days. I don't think they will last thru out the year.
