i have myopic fear of price drops, but in reality, it really does not matter as long as the dividend is not cut. Buy more shares on drip, add shares with extra funds on any big dip.
i have t for income. where else can you get 5. percent? If they have dogs, they will spin it off and make money on the sell. Lucent is a good example.
thats is why i like dnp, they always manage to return some roe, which it tax free, and long term capital gains which is taxed at 15 percent.
donkergen, why don't you change your name..we all know you work in a boiler room trying to manipulate stock through fear...get a real job.
name me some malls that they own donkergen...i have looked at your posts and you have busy bad mouthing this company for as long as records are kept on this board. What is your agenda? Can you answer that?
it is a limited partnership, which can be a problem if in tax sheltered plan like ira...ubi can produce big tax bills and penalties when the irs finally audits the return. If no ubi, no problem but..who knows until you get your k-1. I have had too many headaches with that issue plus the k-1 usually comes late in the tax season
notice it dropped back to last trade nav after it opened. If no or light volume, they are painting the tape trying to generate some pre market interest. Unless volume is involved, pre market means nothing..
investors realize when you pumpers and dumpers are doing your daily minimum wage boiler room job. I you guys were smart, you would be doing investing insteading of dumping/pumping. lol....no one takes you serious. stop wasting your tiem.
They had some accounting issues after the fall of countrywide. Not sure what it was, but believe they got it squared away with sec. I bought for income. Got to put money to work somewhere, Div is high and probably scares off some investors that feel it is unsustainable. Maybe this is an exception. Hope so...
I have heard that comment so many times it has become the chicken little on these message boards. You are working an agenda to fulfill an order or cover shorts. Otherwise there is no reason for you to be posting here Get lost...
average daily volume is 2.4 million shares, todays volume about 400,000 shares... Down on light volume is not a big deal
I understand what you are saying, but in dnp case, they are able to do it for years without destroying their nav. In this case, i have no problem with their roc....So, I own it, it you think it is a bad deal, don't own it.
dnp has some type of method of returning part of their income in rop, yet the nav has stayed pretty constant for 30 years. the rop is non taxable, so it is a good deal..
I don't know why anyone would rather have needles instead of inhaled insulin. Is there a problem with the results? I for one, if i ever have to have shots, would go for the inhaler. No worries about needle disposal, perform anytime and any where. Going to talk to my pharmacy son about this. Comments(other than bs) welcome please.
me 2, i feel the company has a future, but, i am concerned that they have already given away the store to bond holders and participating interest to haliburton, etc. jmho
