    4M+ gift of $2.50 shares

Taking_it_2_you, sure and Toyota is not selling the Mirai Fuel cell car like hot cakes. And Volkswagon is not intending on selling any fuel cell cars in Germany. So Linde building out the hydrogen infrastructure in Germany was a mistake, right?
I think QTWW has a tremendous solution formnydrogen refueling with Linde for the USA. QTWW will be partmof this and will need to ramp quickly. This looks like itmis finally going to happen, gas engines have been around too long.

Hondobud61, there is a high probability they have a huge order with Linde to build out a huge numbef of hydrogen fueling stations, maybe worth in the hundred ps of millions of dollars for Linde and a percentage for Quantum. Watch out for a huge order coming.

Inomoreanudo, why would people sell in less than a year and get the short term 100% tax liability? You would have to be a total idiot if you thought like I do this is fairly valued at $10 plus. You would do like I always do and hold for over a year and sell a small portion next year as you need the cash. Anyone who sells any stock in less than a year is a fool. Anyone who buys options is a fool.
Just my opinion from 30 years of investing.

  • Would you buy it here? That is in effect a triple from, the lows right now. I have watched enough things over enough decades to make that prediction. Someone right it down andmsee if I am right in 2 years. There are some caveats to that prediction though. If interest rates go over 3 on the 10 year or if we are in a major sell off in oil down to $20/bbl,that would make the prediction wrong.
If you have faith inmthe technology, management and sector buy all you can. I will stick with you and this stock for at least 2 more years.

Ronjp2, how do you base your valuations? I use p/sales,and cash on hand to base my stocks. I have been doing this since 1987. MXWL is selling,at under 1 times sales, historically a streal should they have a market for their products. They are the leader in a niche market,so should companies adopt ultracaps they will do well going forward. I sell most of my stocks ate p/sales over 5 times, and in 1999 waited for over 10 times. So MXWL should be able to make it someday in the future to $30/share. Analyst downgrades are almost always at the bottom.

H2 canada, did you know the first fax was 1865? Did you know the internet started in 1962? Did you know the first hybrid car was made by Porsche in 1905? Everything has a time and technology moves glacially until there is a cost advantage,it is called Capitalism.

Dreamtrader99, this is all driven by the price of oil. I do not think alternative energy is all because oil was high, but that is how the game works. Sort of like last summer when PLUG got hot,FCEL got hot, they are not in the same end market. You need oil to rally countintuitively.

    Bear Raid?

Ronalda4, i have been doing this a long, long time, since the early 1980s. I will help you, also I bought 6,000 shares of a litte company that makes the drugs for the big pharma players less expensively and with less energy called CDXS. The best way to buy stocks is on a p/sales basis, anything under 1 is a steal. It also has to be in a sector that is turning around and a leader that is turning. I would buy some yield with ABY and some diversification with CDXS. If I was going to buy any more alternative energy I would buy QTWW.
    But you have guts.

Ronalda4, I just made a ton of money on another renewable with a high dividend. Actually FCEL works with them it is Abengoa. I would look to ABY to diversify, I just bought 3,000 shares a week or so ago at around $27, i also bought QTWW, they just announced two major contracts and they are undervalued. I own a ton of FCEL, not happy with the share dilution, but I will not sell under $4/share. I expect that oil prices will fall more, that will help third world countries to buy old texhnologies, like autos and coal electric plants. That will hasten climate change. I do not kow why alternative energy is so tied to oil prices,it is an ALTERNATIVE.

Ronalda4, at least a bear raider has guts. I rather see a bear raid than a fearful give up panic.

  • It is sad, but a fact of life. All financial people all pver the world are cowards! No vision when AAPL collapsed under Scully, just panick. No vision in the crash of 1987, just panick.

Netprophecy, my take on low energy prices is it is great for alternative energy. The poorer developing nations along with the U.S. will go back to using tremendous amounts of hydrocarbons, causing an environmential collapse and lsss of nations. Oil is done as a fuel source, its days are over for transportation.
