I honestly don't get why profits are meaningless with this company. of course their shipping costs are going to be high. and they always will be. shipping items and returned items costs some money.
the fact that they end every quarter with more cash than the previous quarter is an obvious sign that they have no clue how to move forward.

doing enough for shareholders. I get that the company makes a boatload of money. It's why you are all here.
