    how low

The company is at 2008 levels (which is scary) but it is all driven by panic in the industry as investors think that low oil prices will have negative impact on earnings, distribution, and who know what else. Unless the company goes belly up (which I do not think it will) there is no need to worry. Today's trading looks like capitulation (which still may not indicate the bottom) and I would do what some others here said, wait with cash for the bottom in oil and start buying on the way up. You will not go wrong. This mess will not last forever and prices will recover. If you are a long term investor, then do not worry about and wait with cash to start loading when there is a sign of reversal. I am doing exactly that. As soon as oil settles down and dust settles, I will buy a small portion of LGCY (add to my holdings) and if the stock continues lower, I will add a second third as long as I invest the full amount planned for this purchase. And I am OK purchasing a bit at $10, $5, $15, or even $20 as the price will go up eventually. And while waiting, you will be collecting a hefty dividends (distribution).

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

I think they will fare as well as the oil prices start coming up again.

it will not stay this low forever. It would be however wise to wait for the recovery, which is not yet in this stock. If oil and gas start rising again that would be time to accumulate. I plan doing it, but still waiting.

Do not panic. This is energy panic driven as oil and gas go lower, everybody is selling. If you have cash available, sit tight and wait and when all this turmoil is over, buy more shares.

I am long LGCY and planning holding thru this and buy more shares at the signs of recovery. C'mon, energy will always go up no matter how low this will be temporarily driven down in a price war between the US and OPEC.

    Sentiment: Hold

And is that why the stock is falling? To get the discount? LOL
This will go back to 12 and stays there. Unless some other hype pumps it up for a while.
