This is a very thinly traded stock and directors hold 49.8% of the outstanding common stock according to last year's Proxy. There is not much float left for investors. Two of the officers claim that even though they own a large percentage of the common shares, they disclaim beneficial ownership, which does not make sense since they have voting and investment powers. Last fiscal year (ending June 30, 2013) showed a dramatic drop in the sales GROWTH RATE AND EARNINGS EVEN MORE SO. My question is what is the driving force behind this stock? Is it a long term holding or trader's stock? Doesn't look like many funds hold it.
