    Price target 8$

I thought there might have been another reason we are acting up today. We had licensed 1040 to Ikaria, they spun off some of their devices to a new company called Bellerophon Therapeutics. The advancement of this device seemed to have stalled somewhat. Bellerophon Therapeutics just hired a new ceo with a lot of experience. In the press release 1040 (though not by that name) is mentioned as one of three candidates they are working with. If bringing in a new ceo will speed testing along that should ultimately be good for us.

    Peace

I found the upgrade you speak of. that's a pretty hefty number for a $2 stock. I agree don't know why more interest except that history here has been poor and I don't find management responsive. Though someone I have a lot of respect for says ceo is very bright and the real deal. We will see.

    Peace

gsw, I agree with your assessment. I have a number of shares here and am tempted due to valuation to purchase more bur will not. I have written to cfo and never gotten a response. My questions or observations not at all controversial. Their financing has been done at successively lower prices. A lot to question but as I said in spite of issues a very interesting portfolio. If they can get 1040 back on track and have some decent results on other programs eight could look very doable.
    Good luck to all.

This is pretty poor. There does not seem to be a let up. There seems to be no credibility with our programs. Things appear to be going much slower then we felt at the beginning of the year. Management says they have enough money but that is only if they can monetize something next year and the track record is weak.
I listened to call appeared to be lackluster. I have been told CEO is smart, I am not impressed with CFO we are doing stock offerings at lower prices. Not very pro current holders. Maybe we just have a pile of junk.

Next time it might be helpful for your cause if you used the correct stock symbol. It's blrx, not bcrx. Maybe that's been the problem folks have been purchasing the wrong company.

Zesc, not that I doubted you which I didn't but I always believe in doing my own research. So I went to uspto dot gov and then went to patent research. look about half way down the page and you will see the heading USPTO Patent Application Full-Text and Image Database (AppFT),
    select quick search.
put in compugen under term and assignee name for field.
Low and behold I got the data I was looking for select the top item you will see it was assigned this passed sept 11. They are hard to read but you can glean an itme or two from the patent info.
So something is going on. We will find out if it is good at some point.

    Peace to all
