  • Just wondering how much graft money/stock they are given to screw over BAC. BAC did the government a favor by taking over Countrywide and not zeroing out the shareholder/bondholders like the Demon did to Washington Mutual. And then the govt. throws BAC under the bus with no consideration. They are the ones that should be jailed - worst than organized crime!

CFO said on the last conference call that when NYB reached the 50B mark it would take at least two to three quarters for full regulatory filing requirements to come into affect. NYB may possibly reach 50B organically in the latter part of next year and then have extra time to meet regs. NYB will work to have an agreement in place with regulators to keep the dividend steady or they may be bought out by a bigger bank.

I just don't see them putting themselves in a position where they are forced to lower the dividend - its not going to happen!

The reclassification of Buffet's holding to add 5 Billion to capital hopefully will compensate for the 4 Billion reduction thus allowing BAC to keep the dividend increase.

Why hasn't the supposed(biased) main stream media picked up on this? I know they are in the pocket of Jamie Dimon and Goldman Sachs in an effort to weaken BAC so they can keep their banks stronger. What a fukcing disgrace!

    Sentiment: Buy

  • Whether someone in the administration is being paid off or getting other compensation it is obvious they are trying to screw over/weaken BAC as they are a threat to GS/JPM. But this administration can only do this for so long. After the extortion is paid to these den of thieves BAC will be able to conduct their business without the illegal interference.

Dimon already has gotten his karma and that #$%$ Blankfein is next.

    Sentiment: Buy

  • That the #$%$ Holder was willing to settle at the midway point for C shows his bias/hate towards BAC. Hey Holder you moron settle for 14 Billion and go far far away. Your karma willing be coming soon too!

Even though LF is moving forward with new products to increase earnings it appears the decision to not buy back stock is to firm up their cash levels/balance sheet to make the company a more attractive takeover candidate.

Hoping they deliver on new products/markets by years end and get an offer from the likes of Hasbro, Mattel, Disney etc for over $10 a share!

Hoping Monday's first quarter performance stabilizes the stock with more upbeat guidance for the year. Also it will be interesting to see how much stock the company bought back and if they will increase the buyback.

I don't see a bid for LF until they can show more consistent earnings.

    Sentiment: Hold

  • BAC should have their plans for revised capital allocation decided for in three Weeks. I don't know how the reduced capital ratios affect the amount they can pay out but hoping for a quarterly payout of at least four cents a share.

The stock will slowly move up until this issue is decided.

When AAL's board meets soon is it possible that they will approve the initiation of a dividend starting late summer?

Because GS/JPM have it rigged to make BAC struggle ie with the FED/Obama admin etc.

I don't listen/turn that station on except to hear some commentary from the halftime show and fast money. These #$%$ are in the pockets of the traders and those who want to manipulate the market ie JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs and thus screw over BAC - it is in their best interest.

Jamie Dimon makes John Gotti look like a choir boy!

It will be interesting to hear what management says about their stock buyback to date and if they will be adding to the buyback.

Hopefully AF will move to increase its dividend especially if they don't intend to sell the bank in the immediate future. They have the earnings to support an eight cent share yearly increase.

    What are they waiting for?

Either NYB makes a deposit rich transformational deal that preserves the dividend or they get taken out. I don't see the bank putting themselves in a position to have the dividend cut.

NYB may be waiting for the yield curve to steepen giving future acquirers the currency to pay a better price for the bank. With the current FED/regulations I'm not optimistic that the FED would allow NYB to make a large deal and not reduce their dividend. We shall see!

When you are slanted in favor of JPM/GS you are going to get the spin to put out negative info. The media obviously wants to protect the profits of DEMON/BLANKFACE.

    Sentiment: Buy

  • Whether Maria B said anything or not on Fox Business still no word on Settlement talk. Both sides must be waiting to see who will get more leverage. I can't see the govt waiting until the IndyMac case gets heard before giving BAC an ultimatum.

Anyhow, the decision on BAC's div/buyback may come before the Settlement. We should be getting some news regarding BAC by August 10th. We have to sit back and the news will eventually come forth!

    Sentiment: Buy
