What are the stages for Clinical Trial for example the Sunrise?
Initiated in Jan. 14 then enrolling patients and start treatment for the patient or what?? Are they will go under examining prior to treatment start?
therefore some patients will be treated before others..?? as some will will get better but what about the rest of new comers till the close of the trial recruitment
when reviews and updates comes from Data Monitoring committee that ask to continue or stop the trial?
for Example NWBO has a committee after around 8 weeks from initiation of their trial?
PPHM passing 9 mo soon!
It is confusing to me??
Appreciate if someone can explain briefly the stages of enrollment and treatment and site definitions. Is it for one or group of patients??
Possibly they are waiting for the Combo P-I results and other trials data...then they gonna jump in..
no news for the trials ...any updates..
While we are watching other stocks moving upward this one like a rock not moving anywhere..
so Peregrine Pharm. will pass the price of Peregrine Semiconductor Corp. with ongoing trials results....thats so easy...Shorts will regret it.
a loser, jerk or something like that...
No specific time, yet...early CTLA trials testing have shown CTLA alone effect within two months on patients but results I am not sure when BMY released them in a PR. However, this is a combo where it would be difficult to know PPHM objective..is it safety only or safety and efficacy on % of participants. I wish all patient got benifit from the combo treatment. Thats will be nice to the patients and the price.
Hmmmmm...3 yrs from now???
too much of waiting..where is the Fast Track and what if was stopped due to good efficacy results???
I have the same way of thinking but PD-1 for Melanoma is highly effective in combo with Ipilim. we need a higher than 70 % response rate in order to beat the competitive combo I guess....The pre-clinc. tests showed 100% response ...givin that rate which can be considered and will be like the best treatment in the world for advance Melanoma and PPHM will be in $20s and higher easy..oops forgetting the lung cancer...that will be a great thing too..
