In a truly lousy month for bio, tpiv has held up pretty well. I am surprised that the fast track news has not pushed us well over 70 cents. I think it will over then next week. Nothing but great news with this company, good management , orphan and fast track now. Every promise delivered, except partnership so expect that next. Way undervalued and a truly great bio buy at these price levels. My top holding

With 50 percent of my Ira in this stock, I have very high expectations that we are the real deal. All news has been positive, the warrant issue close to being behind us and dart came in to this to see the stock over $5, not 60 cents. It's all coming in due time. I am still waiting for partnership news and with Perez at roche and being a huge believer in tpiv, the odds are extremely high that we hear something very, very soon.

With approval now and a sales lauch, we will see a very nice price rise this year. The product is excellent and the price too low. Watch and wait and you will reap the rewards

Well they said submission would take place in January once they had all the data collected. Today is Feb so I truly expect to hear something this week. Obviously they want to keep the business going as they are so close to approval so it would be wise to keep investors updated.

I bought 10k shares of this and plan to hold for 5 years because I believe by then we will be trading way higher with the successful phase 3 trials of imet over and an influx of revenue. We have 150 million in cash, dilution is not a worry, unlike the vast majority of bios. Only concern is the one trick pony, so if you think imet is the real deal, then take the plunge and invest in gern. If it is, you will make a very tidy sum of money. bIos are not for the faint hearted as they are so volatile and need so much cash invested and more than often go defunct as the drug fails it's trials. Think gern may be a different story this time around

  • adrianthefrog by adrianthefrog Jan 15, 2016 9:25 AM Flag

With a fully funded phase two trial, we should be trading at levels way above 50 cents. Obviously the warrants hurt us, but they were necessary to keep the company running. Now we are getting exposure an I believe a partnership announcement to be close at hand. Have a large investment in this company as totally believe in what they are doing and that iy will succeed

Mid January so expecting a statement on FDA submission very soon. I believe it will happen and I believe it will get approved. My main concern in cash burn and if they can raise an outside investment to avoid more dilution. Fundamentally they have a sound product that offers real potential in the treatment of diabetic ulcers. This shockwave technology has many uses and I still believe that this company has a great chance of success.

Also Herceptin marketed Roche .Then Perez goes to Roche, talk up the incredible potential of Tpiv and a partnership is formed. Seems too obvious. This stock is way undervalued based on funding for phase 2 and it peers current pricing

  • adrianthefrog by adrianthefrog Dec 22, 2015 10:44 PM Flag

Truly believe we are going to levels unseen since this company was the 800 pound gorilla in stem cell research and gave up the business. It now has it's only drug imet with Jansen seeing it as an upcoming blockbuster drug. It's hard to believe given the past 20 years, but imet could turn gern into a huge bio company in the years to come. Love the stock below 5 bucks given the cash on hand, jansen backing , fast track and incredible results to date. A breakthrough is at hand in the awful world of cancer.

  • adrianthefrog by adrianthefrog Dec 22, 2015 10:34 PM Flag

Next driving force for tpiv will be partnership news. It will come. A vaccine for cancer with very successful phase 1 is a great start. With 13 million to pay for phase 2 , it will be very enticing to get involved for someone like Roche with Perez knowing what tpiiv has and now at Roche. Wait and see but pharmas are anxiously looking for new breakthroughs and this is one

Bought 20k today on the drop. Diabetes is a huge market. This company will be bought for over $1. Easy money as with the approval comes a vast market for a great product. Yes, they may need more cash to grow, but should get it without dilution now we are approved

  • adrianthefrog adrianthefrog Dec 22, 2015 10:22 PM Flag

Bought 65 k today after selling 150 k 2weeks ago. With a raise at 0.08 it's a decent price when only one month from filing for approval. We still have the warrants issued at 50 cents. Maybe Richardson can turn this around with limited dilution . I do think 0.07 is a great entry point

  • adrianthefrog by adrianthefrog Dec 18, 2015 5:08 PM Flag

The warrants are rapidly being cashed and new buyers are coming in everyday. Once we get a few more positive news items we will take off. Partnership news coming. This grant for phase 2 is a total bonus as although it has been given to Mayo, it is really financing TPIV. I cant help but think this stock could be a gold mine in the hot field of cancer. I have 20% of my portfolio in 2 cancer stocks that could hit it big, TPIV and GERN. Good luck to all longs

Totally agree. I keep loading up on this stock, 200 k to date and see this as a great buy for 2016 below $1. So many catalysts. Fast track, grant, partnership, phase 2 funding, association with mayo, roche and perez assn, dart. A vaccine for cancer is worth 100 a share. I know that a while away, but results to date are highly impressive and with all the cancer bios on the stock market, I believe this might be the best, along with gern. Yes, things can go wrong, yes they have taken toxic financing in the past but I think those days are finally behind us. Look for 2016 to be a phenomenal year for tpiv. Watch this rise once these warrants are cashed out. Remember this is also bringing money to the company even if it does slow our rise short term

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

I did sell a few shares last week, but still own 600k so obviously am a little worried about the futurenof snwv. I feel that they will eventually get FDA approval, but cash will run out before then. The issue is will they find outside investor financing or a partnership or will they be forced to dilute. It's much a guessing game and I personally have no idea. . I took most of my cash and put it in tpiv

  • adrianthefrog by adrianthefrog Dec 9, 2015 10:43 AM Flag

What's happening is people are getting excited for this company and it's future. Much of the quick price pullbacks can be attributed to the warrants being cashed which in turn helps finance the company and gets rid of these warrants. They have had 2 toxic financings and now I believe things are changing in a big way. So much potential here in a stock that could eventually have a vaccine for cancer. Early days yet, but progress to date is exceptional and with mayo, Grant's, orphan and dart, we have a recipe for major success

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Reading these boring political posts about people's opinion really are rather annoying as some are ignorant beyond words. However when it comes to gern, I truly think we have a gem in imet. For so many years this has been an awful stock, but 15 years later with the discovery of imet, we have a potential blockbuster. Shorts will be burned as we rise nicely after Dec 5th and this will continue as we release new data on imet and it's effect on cancers. Gern has incredible potential and is a great 5 year play

I have to agree I was hoping to hear something this month. Instead we wait until Jan or Feb but it sounds like we will go for FDA submission and I think it will be a success. I am just concerned about our lack of cash which will probably mean dilution, my hope is they find an investor, sell part of the business or they will have no choice with only about 2 months of cash left. Its definitely very risky but rewards could be great if they can raise cash privately or through a partnership or sale of the bio fuel patent

  • adrianthefrog by adrianthefrog Nov 28, 2015 8:07 AM Flag

With Edith Perez at Roche we are guaranteed that she is making them aware of our company. I truly expect to see a partnershipnin the coming months. The warrants did hurt us but were necessary at the time to raise capital. I still think we have a tremendous company with huge potential going forward

  • adrianthefrog by adrianthefrog Nov 24, 2015 9:58 AM Flag

After nov 28th with the warrant situation removed I expect this to soar. Expect orphan drug designation and fast track by years end. Expect partnership in next 4 months. Phase 2 fully financed. Not many bios have that going for them. It's huge. The market is massive for breast cancer. The trials look fantastic to date. This could be a gem of an investment for 2016. I bought 200k and may add. Yes, it's risky like all bios, but I think we have good thing here.
