I can almost here cnoin now.."Avin will never get his 75k bonus because there will never be any revenue in slots. That market was dead a long time ago."
You are correct that there is nothing wrong with short term stock trades or shorting too for that matter however, I personally have never shorted a stock or been a day trader. I invest in companies that has a good story, has potential and something I just have a feeling about. I invest for profit of course, but I do it for fun as well. I originally bought into MGT at $5.00 early this year and have been averaging down ever since and I am ok with that. As a fantasy sports and poker player myself, I see a lot of potential with MGT, but don't expect to get rich next week or even next year with it. I do however, expect to get back to even ($3.80) after the first of the year and grow from there. Some people are always going to be unhappy and ridicule others posts when something good happens to the stock we are invested in. Like I tell my 11 year old daughter, sometimes the only way some people feel good about themselves is to put others down. Sure, I am not perfect and have been known to call someone an idiot from time to time when their posts are nothing more than a wet blanket in meant to criticize others, but I own that and just call it like I see it.
Same thing happened a few months ago with Yahoo buying back Loebs shares at a premium.
I agree with your remark that "Cno is a short term trader" however, I don't hold any merit to his claims he will be out by Thanksgiving and furthermore, I anticipate his "wet blanket" remarks well into the new year.
Sentiment: Strong Buy

Asking us why we "cheer for every move" is as simple as asking you why you ridicule each move. We are optimists and you are a pessimist.

I bought in at $6.49 yesterday. I feel there is more upside than down at this point.
