The street does not trust BB's efforts.
The only business that is going right for BB is QNX and BES.
Hardware and service still a drag.
I have never seen a hot air balloon so full as UNXL.
How many times does UNXL will cry wolf.
UNXL has no credibility, none.
They can promise whatever they want.
They can say that they have the goose of the golden eggs and no one will pay attention.
If you want to speculate that they are not lying this time, the odds are that they are.
What intouch tweaking?
This is a serious question.
I think that the IBM and Dell contract were coming to an end. UNXL didn't delivered in two years and they were required to return the deposits. I order to prevent the 10M loss thy decided to buy XSense and deliver on the contracts. Now the ball is in the IBM and Dell side and if the decide not to buy XSense then they are the ones that will be in breach of contract and UNXL will not be required to return the 10M.
Simple! Over a year ago the CEO Killion said that their product was qualified and they had a 80% yield. They strait forward lied about their capabilities and commercialization. They lied, lied and lied and twisted the truth to fit their needs. They fooled everyone with false promises, even Intel!
What is fraud? To promise something and deliver nothing or something else.
That is what they did multiple times.
This was not a failure of execution, it was blunt and strait forward coin artist fraud.
Intel and Dell probably wanted their money back.
UNXL knew they couldn't deliver so they bought XSense to fulfill their end of the bargain.
Probably Dell and IBM will be obliged to get XSense of they will fail to fulfill their obligation.
What part of Techno Ponzi Scheme you do not understand.
InTouch was a failure, now they needed something to continue their Techno Ponzi Scheme so they bought XSense and one again they are making false promises.
I'm sorry, I'm not a troll but you need to understand the reality. :-(
Thank you for the chemistry lesson.
Sorry but I have been out of the loop for a while and I'm a little bit rusty on this.
What I understand is that UniPixel used an organic catalyst and the copper was used for the platting process. This is the first time I hear anything about the use of Silver.
But I know that silver is used as a ink in Silver Nanowires.
I'm pretty sure that InTouch was a failure because they spent a lot of money getting XSense. If it was not why would they buy XSense?
The use of the word Silver makes me think that pixie wants to scrap the platting process and just do strait Silver Nanowires by using Carclo's coating process, laser lithography and the wash. With the XSense process UniPixel can draw precise 5mu lines and achieve better clarity that competitors that just print using silver ink.
But like you, I'm just speculating.
I was never short.
Why no one ever believes me?
Back then I didn't even know what shorting was.
I just didn't believed in the technology and I was right.
I hope for Carclo's sake that UNXL can revive XSense.
Atmel/Carclo worked very hard to achieve the film clarity required.
Also Atmel has developed the film testing machinery.
But what are you talking about a "proprietary silver-based catalyst".
Since when UNXL uses silver?
Silver is a conductor you know.
How can Silver be a catalyst?
Could it be the are UNXL plans to do away with the plating process?
Just strait coating, developing and the cleaning?
That could be something but hey I'm just speculating.
UNXL is the boy that cried wolf too many times.
Who is going to believe them?
You have to admit that InTouch was failure, the idea was never going to work.
And buying XSense can be seen as a desperate move in order to save face and maybe jail time.
