Three times at least, not twice. Pretty sure we hit that point yesterday, too, though you don't see it on the chart. Only thing that tells me is that there's a buyer or 2 at 59.50.
Asian stocks need to react to the price movement in the US right at the open, since quite a lot of those companies are also traded on US exchanges. Same for Europe. The futures price movement is a continuation of US stock movement (in theory).
There we are.... should be good for a 10% jump in many stocks.
