I'll take it. I was buying this for the last few months between 75 cents and a buck. Like I told you, the buyout would be higher than those prices. Nice return with little risk. I believe you said this would never see a dollar again. So you were wrong. I'll take 20-25% return over a couple months.
I thought those Chevron contracts had clauses that guaranteed any cancellation was EBIDTA neutral? Even if canceled the penalties generated significant income etc. I do not think the Chevron contracts are a concern.
If the solution is so simple that you summed it up on a yahoo message board, then why did they need to hire the advisers? I think their issues are complex layers that require substantial analysis before a path is determined. It doesn't look good.
If they believe the likelihood is bankruptcy, then I agree. Why should we expect execs to throw their money away which what would really amount to misleading investors. So then we as investors have to ask why they aren't buying? And it all points back to a great probability at bankruptcy.....its a shame how the market has destroyed these companies and investor wealth....
