    Agreed.

Did not sell a share. I just wish... BOD member Friedman would replace Ann W as CEO. He has a proven track with enhancing shareholders value, HUGELY !

Either way, at this level SNTA is definitely a strong buy.

You posted this very same drivel BEFORE the Co PROVED its concept with their first FDA approval after which the stock shot up to 6.5.

Obviously IPCI DID prove their concept while you are nothing more than a miserable 24/7 short .

    Obviously YOU were proven WRONG.

Eventually the next FDA approval will come while YOU will be posting same BS 24/7...

    Pathetic.

Well, thanks for same ol' BS, but I am NOT selling.

Amazing ...a huge stock market and you can only find ONE stock you hate ...Day in ..day out, 24/7 / 365...

It can hardly get much more PATHETIC than clowns like you.

You may want to READ about Kovenr and the Caxton fund he founded.

One of the BEST performing funds during the financial crises.

Back then many banks and fund FROZE clients funds ! Not Caxton .

Kovner founded Caxton. The fund returned more than 12 BILLION to investors !

He knows what he is doing.

He is yet to sell ONE SNTA share.

    Nothing. Just general herd mentality.

It does make SNTA an even better buy though.

  • Valuation per an SA article last Mo. thus including only the existing facility:

" Using only production increases without taking into account syngas price changes or changes to gross margin while using the same 10% downtime figure, 880,000 cubic meters of syngas per hour would lead to $964.5 million in revenue and $458 million in gross margin. Subtract $50 million in annual SG&A costs to lead to $408 million in EBITDA. Assuming $100 million in debt, 50 million shares outstanding and an EBITDA/EV ratio of 6, the enterprise value would be $2,448 million and market cap $2,348 million leading to a share price of $49! Even when discounting for a 10% success rate, the stock price would be $5 per share with plenty of upside expected. "

BTW, for those who recall, back when Coal was the cats mew, SCOK was in the $ 40s.

    Nice story about Sumner Redstone.

But this is not about Sumner Restone.

Also, Bruce Kovner no longer runs Caxton. He retired in 2008.

Andrew Law was appointed as the Chief Investment Officer, Chairman, CEO and controlling general partner of Caxton Associates, following the retirement of Kovner.

Get your FACTS straight. It may help your credibility as you try to convince folks to sell so they will support your SHORT position.

What gives LOSERS ? Can't you find some LIFE on a board of a stock you actually LIKE ??!?!?

    VERY odd behavior

Thankfully investors can see through your constant SHORT tactics.

    Cont:

IPCI recently announced the expansion of its Rexista Oxycodone Development Program with novel overdose deterrence technology. Could you please elaborate on this development?

We believe that the new technology addresses an unmet and important need in the abuse-deterrent space that was highlighted by the FDA in its 2013 Guidance, namely the intentional or inadvertent ingestion of multiple intact doses over and above the prescribed amount to achieve a state of euphoria. The PODRAS delivery technology is intended to prevent overdose when three or more doses are ingested while not interfering with the action of the drug where the prescribed number of doses are taken. We hope to confirm this effect with upcoming clinical trials.

Also of significance, the PODRAS system is not limited to our oxycodone product. The technology is intended for use with any solid dose oral drug product which has possibly harmful effects when taken in excess.

What does the expansion of this program indicate for shareholders?

The PODRAS technology, if successful in clinical trials and in applications for commercialization which could then be filed with the FDA, would provide IPC with a substantial differentiation over the products of many of our competitors. This could provide a commercial advantage to the Company and thereby increase shareholder value.

In our previous interview, you noted that it was your belief that Wall Street was largely neglecting the value potential of the Rexista platform technology. Given the incredible market reaction to the expansion of this program, do you believe Wall Street is beginning to realize the value of this technology?

We are determined to tell the story of our technologies and products as they develop. We would like to think that the story would resonate with all of our followers.

  • Summary

IntelliPharmaceutics is an emerging biopharmaceutical company listed on the NASDAQ.
It has a significant opportunity to market proprietary compounds within the controlled delivery space, namely Rexista oxycodone, which could be the best in class, abuse-deterrent opioid.
The enormous stock price appreciation in recent weeks warrants investigation. To do so, I reached out to Shameze Rampertab, Vice President of Finance and CFO of Intellipharmaceutics.
Today, I'm returning to talk about an emerging pharmaceutical company called Intellipharmaceutics (NASDAQ:IPCI). In order to gain more insight on this opportunity, I conducted a follow-up interview with Mr. Shameze Rampertab, Vice President of Finance and CFO of Intellipharmaceutics. As stated on the company website, "Mr. Rampertab joined Intellipharmaceutics in November 2010. He is a chartered accountant (NASDAQ:CA) since 1994, brings public company experience to Intellipharmaceutics, having previously served as the Director, Finance and Secretary-Treasurer for then-public Drug Royalty Corp. Mr. Rampertab also served as health sciences and biotechnology analyst at several investment banking firms including Canaccord Capital, and was until recently a Partner, Healthcare Investment Banking at Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon Limited, where he specialized in raising equity funds for life-science companies. He received an MBA from McMaster University and a BSc. from the University of Toronto and has substantial expertise with licensing and royalty deals." Following are excerpts from the interview:

Actually the stock went down from 40 to 1 in sync with other Coal stocks when coal no longer was in vogue. Then came the mines moratorium during which the Co. was NOTHING BUT "shady". They did not print even ONE share to finance operations during these bad years.

Also, their "shady" CEO joined the Chinese Premier on a "shady" US visit. (TIC)

In short, YOU sound more like a SHADY Short .

But I agree, she needs to communicate with other shareholders as well.

  • own the majority of the shares. Hence, I am certain they DO converse with the new CEO .

That said, it IS high time the new CEO acknowledge the existence of other stock holders ! Some of us would like to hear of her plans for SNTA.

While we do appreciate the fact that many insiders own SNTA and have not sold a share, COMMUNICATION with ALL stockholders are also important.
