  • NOT because of any of the LIES they spread.

If SCOK sells 2.8M shares to investors at over 5 per share, OBVIOUSLY there are those who are willing to pay for the stock ! And not because SCOK is the "scam" #$%$ shorts wants you to believe it is.

The dilution is minimal and the POSITIVE news fro few days ago, are STILL positive news. For LONGS that is.

I did not sell and will not sell any time soon.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    Well said !

For those of us who were involved with SCOK for a log time we KNOW that the years of negative Gov, involvement and mine closures are BEHIND us.

As you said, we are now on the flip side of the curve and CLEAN energy where both SCOK and the Gov. ARE on the side.

And that is probably one of the main reasons for investors interest in SCOK.

Not to mention that insiders own around 30% of what is already LOW number of shares.

Last: Remember, this was a $ 40 stock back when dirty coal was "cool". Now with cleaner energy being in vogue, and STILL minimal float...oh well, it does not take a brain surgeon to figure out the potential here.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • you "stories" about how your stock is going to crash...Rest assured; These are DUMB shorts who got caught
with the pants down and are now running scared from their margin call.

Hence they'll make up whatever LIE they can trying to scare you into selling your shares.

    What do you do:

    1. DO NOT sell. SCOK is 100% legit Co. and unlike others, they do NOT dilute with issuing more shares !

Which is EXACTLY why we have seen such an impressive run-up.

    2. You CASTRATE the shorts: Short BORROW YOUR shares from your brokerage. You want your shares BACK, so you would not have to read the #$%$ BS on SCOK boards. Right ?

    Here is what you do:

Place a GTC, *LIMIT* , "SELL" order on your shares ! HOWEVER, since you really do not want to sell MAKE SURE your limit is high enough so it will not get triggered during the next run up !
Now your brokerage will ask for the borrowed shares BACK.

    Shorty gets a margin call...

    Shorty MUST buy SCOK !

Shorty squeals and oozes some kind of stinky disgusting yellow pus ...Shorts tend to do that when squeezed.

Then they role over and go broke.

While that takes place, Ya it'll smell bad ! BUT SCOK will move HIGHER !

So don't just sit there and let shorty stink this board. Go ahead, place the LIMIT order and lets squeeze us some SHORTS tomorrow !

    Here is the WallSt article:

    SinoCoking Captures Another Government Pact
By Chris Lange September 16, 2014 11:15 am EDT

    Print Email

SinoCoking Coal and Coke Chemical Industries Inc. (NASDAQ: SCOK) hit its stride right out of the gate Tuesday morning. The Chinese energy producer jumped again on new developments of its syngas conversion project in the Henan province.

SinoCoking closed Monday at $5.40 and made leaps and bounds in the first hour of trading reaching Tuesday, as high as $8.05 — roughly gains of 50% — on the recent developments with the Chinese government. This is a huge gain, but a news pop recently sent shares even higher than Tuesday’s news.

The previous Tuesday, this company posted a 52-week high of $9.37 on the news that it signed an exclusive agreement with the Institute of Process Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the North China Institute of Science and Technology to reopen mines in the Henan province.

The Chinese government originally closed these mines due to environmental concerns. The deal was approved based on SinoCoking’s technology to produce clean burning fuel, syngas, without releasing meaningful levels of carbon dioxide. The first phase of this development is expected to be completed in February 2015, with expected revenues of $30 million to $45 million in 2015.

The jump in the stock price can be attributed to the local Chinese government of Pingdingshan agreeing, Tuesday morning, to provide SinoCoking with an extensive gas pipeline distribution network and gas storage system for the company’s syngas conversion project. The government may also issue “significant” financial grants to the company, depending on the initial performance.

SinoCoking recently traded at $7.26, up about 34% on the day. The stock had fallen since its high on September 9, but it has made a handy recovery in the days following.

The company does not have a cons

  • " ANOTHER " means one more folks:

"The previous Tuesday, this company posted a 52-week high of $9.37 on the news that it signed an exclusive agreement with the Institute of Process Engineering of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the North China Institute of Science and Technology to reopen mines in the Henan province."

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • And that is a GOOD thing for longs.

When shorts are SQUEEZED, they have to buy the stock and thus move it higher !

Again, if there is ONE Co out there that emphasizes NO DILUTION, it IS SCOK !

Even during the lean years, they have NEVER issued stock to support the operation.

This was a $ 40 stock back when they played with dirty coal !

Syngas is clean, green and in vogue.

  • NO dilution. Excellent long term.

As a LONG time holder who sold during the last run up ...

    I am BACK IN SCOK.

What do they have in common ?

    LOW float !

I owned (Sold yesterday and will get in again after it corrects.) SCOK. Just go an look what it did yesterday on positive news.

Do you think this can't happen here ? Think again..

It did and it will again.

    In investing, patience pays.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • We are still extremely undervalued when considering 7 ANDAs at least 3 of which long overdue.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • That it is more dangerous sitting on the sidelines, than OWNING IPCI.

'cuz it is only a matter of time... and the float is still MINIMAL.

When there is LOW FLOAT, small volume can amount to large move.
But if you ask the clowns from Meifud/ Gregory's village, they'll tell you that IPCI has been printing stock for a decade.

REALITY is: IPCI float is MINIMAL, hence once news hit, most likely those who are on the sidelines, will have to pay more to get in ...or stay on the sidelines, watching.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • In this entire stock market, you can't find a stock you actually like ?

Or do you just need the attention ?

You are here EVERY DAY, 24/7, informing us how bad IPCI is...for years !

Frankly Gregory / Meifud, WE DO NOT GIVE A RATS #$%$ about your BIASED / twisted /screwed up/ OPINION.

Hope that was clear enough. Now go and get a LIFE.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • That IPCI already HAD proven its concept with this FACT about 9 Months ago. And this little announcement sent the stock from 3 to 6.5 in just 2 days.

"4:45 pm Intellipharmaceutics Intl augments its Rexista ocycodone development program with novel overdose deterrence technology (IPCI) : Co announced an enhancement of its Rexista abuse-deterrence technologies with a significant improvement designed to prevent overdose when more pills than prescribed are swallowed intact. Intellipharmaceutics' new platform technology is branded PODRAS (Paradoxical OverDose Resistance Activating System). The PODRAS platform technology is covered by patents pending with the U.S. Patent and Trademark office. "

Today's news is just another building block added to 7 ANDAs awaiting approval and 3 well within the due range.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Nothing new.

Same shorts 24/7 with same BS. They WILL disappear as soon as next approval hits the wire.

    Same ol' stuff. Different days.

Your assumption of favoritism to big CO's is not correct !

Prior to IPCI's first approval, TEVA had ADNAs with similar length of time.

Now we have 3-4 ANDAs due any time. Even per this article's new time line.

Have been off the boards for a month.

    Did not sell a share...

Just came back and guess what ?!

SAME pond #$%$ : Gregory / Meifud etc. are STILL around to enlighten us why they don't like IPCI...

These folks are sadly amazing with their lack of "life" outside this board.

For the long; just hang on and wait. The FDA can not drag approvals for ever.
