I own a restaurant in Anchorage. Over the years, I buy lots of stuffs from ebay and Amazon.
The cost f shipping to Alaska is much higher than in the lower 48 states but when I am n a bnd and need something that I can not find locally or when local prices are way too high, buying on line is a better alternative.
As a Prime member, I've got most of my stuffs shipped free by Amazon while ebay sellers either charge me an arm and a leg or refuse to ship.
I don't know how Amazon does it, but it woks for me. Now, I am buying more from Amazon than at local costco, ebay, and Walmart combined.
It is probably the toughest business on earth. Lots of manual labor. Lots of regulations. Customers don't forgive or forget when they are dissatisfied.
CMG's revenue per employee is below McDonald's by at least 15%.
CMG's foods can get contaminated very easily because, unlike McDonald's or most other types of restaurants where foods are cooked to at least 160 degree internal temperature, CMG's foods contain a lot of uncooked ingredients, which is almost impossible to avoid contamination.
CMG's stock is way too high and the name is over hyped. This stock ca drop 80% and still way too high.
Long term short! Short term short.
