    Blasting through the "Pyramid" Myth

The only reason that the FTC is looking at Herbalife right now is because Ackman more or less called in a IOU from his buddy Sen Markey. We all know this, al though some try to pretend it didn't happen.

    This tells it all:

"Ackman, a frequent campaign donor, gave $32,200 to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee on March 20, a few weeks after the FTC sent Markey a letter acknowledging receipt of his letter."

Markey put through at the insistence of his buddy Billy Boy Ackman what no other public official would touch because they knew it was wrong.

I believe the FTCs biggest victory will be when they turn the tables on Ackman and his cohorts. It is almost too funny that these guys are trying to bully the FTC into taking action when even the investigation itself was a total fraud.

So as already stated,, we all know, Ackman enlisted his buddy Sen. Markey to pass something that no other public official would touch and actually invoked the rath of many public officials, even some of Markeys fellow democrats.

    Here it is again:

"Ackman, a frequent campaign donor, gave $32,200 to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee on March 20, a few weeks after the FTC sent Markey a letter acknowledging receipt of his letter."

A payoff??? Is there any doubt??

And by the way, you know it, we all know it, Ackman and his cohorts know it and guess who else knows it??? That's right - the FTC knows it too. The outcome will not be too pretty for Ackman and his cohorts. As many of us said, the FTC is a boogey man that Ackman is trying to push through and only because of Sen. Markey, the boogey man appeared. Unfortunately for Ackman and his proteges, the FTC will administer their own boogey-man on Ackman.

    It is for Ackman.

  • akman_is_clueless akman_is_clueless Aug 15, 2014 5:31 PM Flag

All they know is what they read from Ackman's websites. That is the extent of their knowledge which explains why they always come up short.

Did you know that Ackman lost over $500 million on JCP, banprupted Gotham Partners and lost over $70 million in 3 hours on HLF on July 22nd??? What are you smoking??

  • akman_is_clueless akman_is_clueless Aug 3, 2014 8:40 PM Flag

that it was the distributors who left Herbalife, not Herbalife itself which committed fraud and did this on film and in front of the audience.. Ooops Ackman??? The audience was also promised pizza which never was delivered. Oh well.

Two weeks ago Ackman announced his "Deathblow" to Herbalife, made a lot of noise and promised that this would be the final nail in HERBALIFE'S coffin. Result? People attending were bored, yawning and many left. HLF stock had it's best 1 day gain in history gaining 25% and Ackman lost over $70 million within hours on his put positions alone.

Undaunted, Ackman continues to send out press releases and letters and wants people to think that he is still right and oh yeah he also had a fake makeup with Carl Icahn hugging Carl and making it look like, "Hey I'm a nice guy Carl. Let's be friends." Ackman also suggested that he would like to help Carl exit from HLF.

Hmmmmmmm? Let's talk about that. Carl has gained $450 million and Ackman has lost $700 million plus expences. Who should be giving who advice here? Certaintly not Ackman!

And of course Ackman has his C- authors writing tabloid like articles on SA. I suppose this is the best that Ackman can afford and no one else will publish his rubbish.

And let's not forget that a big deal was made about an Expose on Herbalife on 20/20 and with Connie Chung. Result? It never happened. Perhaps 20/20 and Connie realized that the FBI thing was a joke and looked at everything else and realized that Ackman is also a joke so bailed???

In conclusion comparing Ackman to PT Barnum is really unfair and a real insult to PT Barnum and his family. At least PT Barnum was a successful showman.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Two weeks ago, Chapman referred to Bill Ackman as "The reincarnation of PT Barnum" While there is no doubt that Ackman is all show and no go and this entire HLF short is a colossal charade and scheme which has actually backfired on Ackman, is it really fair to compare him to PT Barnum?

Well let's take a walk through time. We now know that Ackman's presentation on December 20,2012 at Sohn was all baseless and prepared by a man who is no longer employed by Ackman. It is believed that Ackman fired this guy due to his inaccurate thesis. The 2012 presentation was successfully debunked and most call it a sales pitch not a presentation at all.

In January, 2013, Carl Icahn mopped the floor with Ackman in "The Battle of the Billionaires" telecasted on CNBC. Carl called Ackman out and cited his theory as "presposterous" and went to say, "Ackman is a liar!
Anyone who saw this called it a KO for Icahn with Ackman knocked out cold.

Ackman later that year had a presentation (another sales pitch) at the Robin Hood conference which also bombed badly for Ackman. The more Ackman spoke, the more HLF stock rose. Longs jumped back into HLF while shorts covered.

Since then Ackman written several articles and letters more or less making noise but getting absolutely nowhere.

In 2014 Ackman got some traction with the bad news surrounding Nu Skin and China. And successfully got his bought and paid for friends to do what no one else could do or should have done---got the FTC to begin investigating Herbalife. This is was followed by more of Ackman's bought and paid for friends instituting bogus investigations in April and then there was the belated April Fool's joke with the phony FBI investigation.
Just coincidently happened in the last hour of trading on options expiration day. And to this day, has never been confirmed. Hence this was a HOAX.

Moving on, Ackman had another sales pitch which he called a documentary in May of 2014. And another bomb. The so called victims admitted

It's a shame they used to had good articles at one time. It should be noted however that the "Bozo Twins" rarely if ever have articles published on SA on any other stock or on any other medium. I think intelligent people can see what their real motive is here and obviously, they know nothing about accurately predicting stock performance or about stocks in general. I doubt if they know a stock from a rock. And the same can be said about Ackman. JCP, TGT, HLF etc., etc., etc.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Once about a time, we could all go to SA and read some enlightening articles and to be fair, in some cases t here are still some good articles on SA. However, you will not find very many on HLF. The articles that have been appearing since 2012 and have increased of late very closely resemble what you would read in the rags sold in supermarkets.

On Friday afternpoon, it was predicted to expect a slew of negative and more inaccurate articles from t he "Bozo Twins" when a late announcement came out stating that HLF insiders had bought massive shares of HLF. Interesting. For over a months these "Bozo Twins" with their multiple aliases have been posting article after article and post after post about insiders selling. Do we see them writing an accurate article now about insiders buying? NO! Intead more of the negative and inaccurate stuff we have seen all year and throughout 2013.

The good news is that they have not been right yet and HLF stock has risen despite their inaccuracies. In 2013, HLF was up nearly 150% depite over 170 articles by these two.

Just sharing my sentiment. These two have not been right yet, so what has changed now? They ever suppested shorting NFLX @ $140. Check the price is now over $400.

    Need more be said???

Yeah and how long b4 they turn their focus on Ackman for being used to help him win a short bet. I am sure they will not take kindly to that and Sen Markey will be lucky to get enough votes to become a dog catcher in his city.

  • These guys know the industry and know stocks very well. If they aren't selling, why should anyone else? In fact, they are probably adding to their positions as we speak.

How many times have you been hoodwinked by Ackman? Remember, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Are you really ging to let Ackman fool you again and cost you money?

    Sentiment: Buy

  • Rpeat, Ackman can't win. He has already lost.

You are right. The nutritin clubs are sweating. I was at one this morning. We were all doing the Zumba and really sweating and then enjoyed a nice HLF F1 Shake. Ummmm. Delicious.

Meanwhile, Ackman was choking on his cholesterol loaded omlettes and putting away several packs of cigerettes. Who is really worried??

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • 1.9 million new distributors and over $1 billion in sales and that was while Ackman's circus was going full swing.

The Ackman circus is in town and still playing. Is Ackman the clown? Sure looks like it.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • The SEC announced last May that they were probing Ackman. Been almost three months. Must be getting piles of information to bury Billy boy. No wonder he is acting so crazy.

  • There is no doubt that Herblaife is ok and not sweating this. Have you noticed no response from them today?
They are cool while Ackman is acting like a wild man. Who do you suppose is really worried here? Not Herbalife that is for sure.

Dr Keep is a joke as far as business and especially mlm's are concerned. This alone should show you how frivulous Ackman's so called facts are. His statements are ludicrous. They all all fantasy and myth and no facts. And then he gets a dean who knows even less than him about mlm to be one of his top testimonies.
