    What difference does the new product make ? Its just a new version of the old product. Its like Iphone 5 instead of Iphone 4. So the new system will sell, while old system sales will stop. Thats it.

    You are trying to justify a bad investment.
    Number of procedures is declining, partially due to bad publicity, partially due to reimbursements.
    New product is priced exactly as an old product.
    There is absolutely no need to for hospitals to upgrade to new product.
    The company is stagnant at best.
    The stock is very expensive, considering non-existant growth.
