DUH!!!! Where do you think the buy back @$2.25 will come from?
Corn now $6.50 down fron mid $8. Do the math at these levels and see what you come up with for earnings.
Corn prices about to hit a 3 month low. Extremely bullish for BORN. 2013 will shape up to be a great year. Look for $1.75 a share in earnings. Choose your own multiple. See you all in June at $5 per share.
Seems to me the lower coffee prices go the greater the spread for JVA and resulting higher profit margins and earnings. Am I figuring this right or am I missing something?
Uner Obama health regulation FONRs entire profit will be whiped out. No earnings DaNada,, Best hope, buyout by a major at $4-$5 a share,
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Love to watch all the idiots on this board making comments.
In the stock market the only thing that counts is the price you buy a stock for and what it is sold at. Everything else is irrevalant.
Something positive is going on at NAK and it is reflected in the price action and volume. Salmon, Indians, abortion clincs etc. What a bunch of morons.
Simple. It's a way for management to take money out of the business without having to sell their stock. Most of the dividend will be treated as return of capital and taxed favorably. Like the Government they are taking money now and burdening future shareholders with debt. A Federal investigation should be done to expose the fiscal iresponsibility/
When will they ever learn. HEES is worth less than before the div announcement. Management should be shot. I took my short profit. Good luck to all you suckers.
Explain to me why the stock should go up on the div payout??
I give you $20 for a share you give me back $7 in cash and the stock hopefully sells for $13.. Break even at best. Anybody that pays up for the dividend is a fool.
Only people that benefit is management.
After interest on notes HEES will be lucky to earn $1 per share. Take $7 from $19 and you get a value of $12 per share with a P/E of 12. No big deal actually negative when you consider the tax you will have to pay on the dividend.
I live in Florida (Boynton Beach)and I can tell you from first hand experience my insurance rate is skyrocketing if available at all. It has gone from $1,800 to $2,800 to $4,000 in the past three years dispite the lack of hurricanes.
Somebody is making a fortune.
Actually the Alpha article is very close.. The deal is for $20.25 contingent upon extended NCE approval on the 17th. Good luck to all.
Although BORN does not hedge in the traditional sense as noted they do pre purchase. They will be pre purchasing for the 2013 fiscal year at significantly lower prices.. Forget 2012. If current corn prices remain stable BORN will ear $2 per share in fiscal 2013.
Has anyone noticed that corn prices have fallen 34% in the past three months. This computes to over $120 million in cost savings to BORN pre-tax or about $.40 cents a share.
Estimates are way to low. Debt will be eliminated within 2 years savings an additional $2.5 in interest.
If disk prices drop by 20% next yesr it will be compensated by the 20% drop in shares outstanding. $8.00-$9.00 in share earnings. Look for $40 by June.
