Interesting action late in the day today, and a large ask at .418. I look for some intersting trading action between now and next thursday. Gonna be fun to watch.

I know most on this board them I'm full of it. So with that discaliamer, here goes. Early last week I set a bid of 2000 shares for jsda and i watched and waited, Several sales went through, below my bid I might add, so I got on the blower to td and asked them to verify that by bid was there, he checked and said yes, I asked why my bid was not taken for the sale, and he replied that the buyer and seller were the same maker, it made no sense until he explained it to me. Now it makes a lot of sense, there is a game being played here right now, and it will only stay that way until the volume picks up.

I have been buying 1000 share blocks that last week and a half. Doing it at odd times. So I may be part to blame for some of the odd action you are seeing. I'm not being very patient, just buying at the ask. I figure it's going to go higher, so I really don't care. I don't see a promising q-4 report, but I do see a good 2015, and good news to follow with this coming CC. Guess we'll see. Okay nuttie jump up and down and scream and shout....

I just finished buying my additional 100k shares, and doubling my position. Most were bought in the upper thirty cent range. Now I sit back and watch it go higher. This was a no brainer. Nuttie, thanks for trash talking it the past few months.

Always interesting that seeking alpha mentions JSDA, especially since it's a pink sheet stock. The rest on that pop list are big boys with a good track record. Why mention JSDA? Guess maybe the M&A machine may be at work here again. I eluded to a good head fake coming, and fridays gain with no news , or should I say, Seeking alphas news, this stock could ramp up fast if someone believes it's in play.

  • With the fountain distribution deal, that was recently announced, it was totally ignored at first. I think now some here are putting some thought into how it will effect the revenue side of the equation. I think it will allow them to become profitable for the first time in years. Your turn nuttie....

show me a program running trade that makes sense. I get it, and I've got it. I've been busy buying regardless of the game that is being played here right now. You will see.

I have watched this for some time now, and what is happening is called positioning, at least that is what I call it. All of the pieces are being rearranged right now, and I see a distinct pattern. A ramp up looks to be about a week to ten days away. When you see someone dumping shares at the open for .34 cents, it's a tell. The perception is it's going lower, yet it does not. When they finally show a profit, this quarter, and make no mistake, they will, This baby will easily be over a dollar a share. Some reasons: Exchange rate for U.S. dollar vs. the Canadian Dollar, per q-3 comments. The Halloween cans, a year ago, they pushed revenues into q-3 to make it look good, aka window dressing, this year they did not. They have a new lease much lower price, and they continue to squeeze margins for every penny. Also, consumers have more dollars to spend on pop, not gas, so at the convenience stores sales will be higher. I look forward to the negative nellies rip me on this one, but the truth shall prevail, as will Jones Soda. So continue to watch the daily trading pattern, and watch the shenanigans, as they will continue. P.S. I also look for a really good head fake here soon. It's overdue.

    negative article from seeking Alpha

Yeah, here a few weeks ago, somebody started selling, and it went from selling to a dumo, all in about three days. With limited volume, selling huge blocks would and will be difficult. With 30 plus million shares outstanding, and a volume of 16000, (todays volume), it would be hard for me or any substantial shareholder to sell want is owned. I surmise if I wanted to, I could drive the price down to .26 or lower, if I dumped all of my shares at one time, sure it might raise back up, but who knows how many stop loss orders would be taken out on the way down. I don't see that happening, I do see a higher price this spring, and I see better product placement, and higher revenues, all good signs.

  • Interestingly timely article from seeking alpha, the writer, as he puts it, got burnt on JSDA, so now he has an axe to grind. So he points out all the negatives, and points out that the company will be filing bankruptcy very soon. If I did not know any better, the article sounded like the rantings of Nuttie. Absolutely no mention of any of the positives that have happened in the last 9 months, just past stories on product placement and not being able to buy the product in NYC? Guess just because product is not available in NYC, it's a total loss. I read the entire rant and it primarily focuses on the first few months of the turn around. I guess the writer thought the turn around was going to happen overnight.

Now Comes The Test to See How Real

If you go back in time, and re-read each quarterly report for the past 3 years, they continue to project their cash survival point out 2 to 3 quarters. Until they start showing a profit, and become a "non-risk" company, they really can't say, "hey, we have enough cash to be flush for a year". Remember, they have NO DEBT. When they show a loss of a hundred grand in a quarter, I'm not to concerned with that. Now, three years ago when they were bleeding 3 to 4 million a quarter, now that was a real problem. As far as tens of millions of shares, exactly how many shares do they have outstanding? As far as riding it into the dirt, well, I think we have a ways to go yet, I can't argue with the past numbers, Facts are facts. It's going forward, that I see improvement, and going forward is where we are at. Jennifer Cue has taken a company in a steep nosedive, pulled up on the stick, leveled it out, and now we are seeing some smooth sailing. Feel free to grab a parachute and jump out any time, sooner the better..........

Sometime people fall. Jones as a business fell. They fell hard. After 4 different CEO's, and botched efforts to do something different with the company, Jennifer Cue came back. She understood the Company, because she was there before. She understood then, and understands now, what it will take to go forward. I wish you luck with your negativity nuttie, as you've been preaching it for years now. As an ex-employee with a axe to grind, maybe it's time to move on. Go see you therapist, and just maybe, learn the truth about the words you use. Good luck to you.

    profit this quarter?

They are already in major chain stores. The losses for the past 4 quarters has been minimal. They always have larger slotting fees and ramp up costs in q-1. This year will be no different. The huge difference this year will be the Major distributor they picked up down in Texas. Most folks here, don't realize how many different pieces of the puzzle that Jennifer Cue has put together.

    Premium Fountain Drink

Hey net, Losses, Really? Jen Cue has done nothing but right the ship. Granted it's taken time, but she has steadily been trimming losses, sometimes at the expense of revenue loss, but she did take us out of the woodshed. I firmly believe 2015 will be different. This stock for some whacky reason seems to be overvalued and over rated, always has and always will be. It's unlike any other stock and company I follow. With no debt, it will be easier for them to grow revenue, because of the scope and size that they are re-building. No long term contracts, no looser wrestler endorsements, no pie in the sky. A simple business model that is working. As far as the "Hype", sometimes Hype can be a good thing. It sure worked well for hanson and red bull afew years back. When energy drinks were all the craze Jones had whoopass, and did not know how to get it to market, in a large way, hence the death of whoopass. Meisner tried to give it CPR, and failed, that is water under the bridge. Given this is the new Jones 3.0, so to speak, when Premium Soda fountains start showing up everywhere, KO or PEP will buy this company just to keep their market share. When one of the large theatre chains start selling Jones, then we will know it's for real. Stay tuned......

Looks like all the nay sayers may have to eat crow. Now we'll be able to get our favorite "Sugar Water", as nuttie refers to it as, in our favorite Restaurants and stores. This has the looks and feel of another huge run up, and for those new here to the Jones board, better do some homework, and jump on board. Nothing but good news here, except the nay sayers spewing bankruptcy and going out of business with no cash. Tick Tock.......hahahahahahahaha
